I have the 50cc retro scooter in black

I have the 50cc retro scooter in black. Delivery took two days. They included a free top box as promised. It's my first scooter so I was nervous, but it's easy to handle and perfect for city rides. Customer service was responsive when I had a question. Overall a very good experience.

Great

Great! Ordered online and delivery was quick. The lorry driver was polite and very helpful. Scooter arrived in perfect condition. Taken it out on the road last night. Driving it is great and handles well. 5 stars.

Very friendly service

Very friendly service. I'm slightly short legged so restricted on what I can ride. They had several moods that would be suitable. I went for the 50cc retro and very happy with it!

I bought a 125 cruiser moped

I bought a 125 cruiser moped. They gave me good advice. I got regular updates on exactly when my moped was coming. They all talked me through how to look after my moped after it arrived. I'd definitely recommend.

impresentables , os aconsejo no acercarse
como la mayoria de tiendas del sector el objetivo es vender y una vez han cobrado se desentienden.
teniendo en cuenta los margenes que tienen con las bicis no han consentido hacer un cambio de talla de la bici
entiendo que como profesionales y al comprar una bici muy cara tendrian que aconsejarte y medirte hasta el dedo del pie
el cuidar y mantener a los cliente parece que es concepto que no entienden

A+ customer service

A+ customer service, absolutely delighted with my ninja scooter. Had for 8 months now. Hasn't missed a heart beat. Very nippy in traffic and handles extremely well 👍

I got my scooter after 3 days

I got my scooter after 3 days, paid with klarna. The scooter is fabulous. Customer services is spot on. I big shout to Alison in their support team who helped me get up and running )

Avoid Direct Bikes – A Complete Nightmare

Firstly I have prove of everything if anyone wants i can give it to him please avoid this seller.
I will not delete this at any cost and I have screenshots that you have posted my 2 address on this website which is totally illegal.
Keep sending me notices and i will keep posting the reviews to help people. This guy is keep threatening me and if anything happens this company owner will be responsible.

This company is a Scam and if you want take me to the court pal I am happy to go.

I purchased a Direct Bike in June 2024 with a one-year warranty, expecting at least basic support from the company. Unlike other companies, Direct Bikes offers no free servicing. Within a couple of months, I encountered issues with my brake pads and front lever. When I contacted the support team, I was quoted £170 (excluding delivery), while the parts team quoted £212 for the same part. After some confusion, I paid £170, only for the parts to be sent to the wrong address.

As a delivery driver, this caused me unnecessary stress and serious disruption. The response from their support team was slow and unhelpful, filled with excuses. What’s worse, you can’t get parts anywhere else in the UK except directly from them—at inflated prices.

Later, I had issues with my ignition. Despite being under warranty, the company refused to help. After posting a review on Trustpilot, they promised me free parts and support, but that turned out to be an empty promise. I ended up spending around £400 traveling between Colchester and Braintree to get the problem fixed at a local mechanic.

One month later, the ignition failed again—still under warranty—but once again, they made excuses, blaming it on lack of servicing. I provided screenshots of their promise for free parts, but they refused to help, telling me to “go back to your mechanic.”

In the end, this additional issue cost me another £320 and wasted seven days of my time. This company is a scam. They operate like a Chinese import business with no parts available outside their control, forcing customers to buy overpriced replacements.

Please avoid Direct Bikes at all costs. Don’t let them scam you like they did me.

If you have serviced your scooter then show us all 4 missed services. You can't because you have never done serviced your scooter.

There is NO scooter brand including ours that can travel 6000 without correct servicing.

You informed us that you need brake pads, we confirmed very clearly that these are wear and tear parts and you will need to pay for them. This is the same for any manufacturer not just ours. There is no scooter brand that will travel over 6000 miles without brake pads needing replacing.

But despite this, he then tries to blackmail us by saying if we don't supply him free parts like brake pads he will write negative review under many usernames. The scooter is not under warranty as he has never serviced his scooter at an approved service centre and brake pads are not a warranty item for our scooters or any other major brand of scooters.
