lack of communication, had to remove off a pallet and handball it myself.
Also try to cancel order when placed it... But no reply until received my order, which I had no email to say was coming or what time etc. I had to ring up to get update or see if order gone through?

I ordered flooring from Direct Flooring before I’d bought my new home. They were brilliant about me buying a couple of months early and then hanging on to it for me until we need it. Thank you so very much for doing that. Id recommend them to everyone.

I’ve unfortunately given a one star rating not because the flooring is bad but because I paid for 15 packs, only received 14. When contacting them the next day I couldn’t get through on multiple attempts but I also have still not yet received an email back from them. Another down fall was having to pay £50 delivery charge to have it left on the pavement and being disabled the driver refused to help.

Badly packed, 10, out of 14 damaged, complained, sent photos, haven’t heard anything back since , poor customer service.

Salesman was very helpful and had knowledge of his work, could answer all our questions, we didn’t feel pressured into buying anything ..

Items damaged on receipt and it’s impossible to speak to someone and they do not reply to emails.

Really easy to order online and get an instant price for amount of flooring.
I also really appreciated the fact that they send an email to check what day suits best for delivery. On delivery day, the driver texts with an ETA.

Communication is POOR once you e received confirmation of payment and shipment that's it, I ordered flooring that was meant to be delivered next day and it was not I have tried to contact the company on the number provided which nobody answers and no message can be left as the voicemail is full! I have tried to send an email but it comes back as postmaster which means there's an issue with delivery, it feels like I've been scammed and it's very frustrating.

Great experience the people works with direct flooring are so friendly.

The ordering online experience was quick and easy. But when my husband went to collect it with the order number, the guy is the store was quite cheeky and wouldn't give him the order because we didn't have a receipt, which I hadn't been sent. He ended up sorting it and getting the receipt emailed over. But if I had the order which showed an order number and proof of payment, not sure what his problem was

Fast delivery to the isles, did have to pay a little extra but worth it for a quality product.
