I wanted to purchase an HP original toner cartridge.
On their website they are advertising a price for $133.00 with a picture of an original HP Box. But in the description, it did not state original, genuine or compatible.
I called and asked if this is an original for $133.00. He placed me on hold to find out. He came back and told me that it is $350.00. So buyer beware.
Chat was helpful and responsive and was able to verify what I needed. The SSD drives worked as they should. Shipping was on time as promised.

Nearly two weeks ago, I ordered an enterprise drive they advertised for $325 plus a 10% off promo code. I heard nothing until I reached out twice about the status, and was then informed they were out of stock and more will arrive later in the week - but I'd have to pay the new price of $460. Sitting on an order until the price spikes, then canceling it doesn't sit well with me. Sorry. I'm just a customer...or a former one now.
