The Basingstoke team, particularly Erik were amazing. Really helped make decisions based off of strong knowledge and gave excellent advice.
Flooring turned up on time and was well handled through the delivery process. Erik went as far as helping load it from the showroom into our van.

Needed another box of Evo Core flooring - just rung up the Birtley store and they ordered one for me to collect. Also ordered the floor cleaner. Our experience from start to finish with the staff in the Birtley store has been excellent. Very helpful throughout. Can highly recommend.

Flooring looked great in the showroom, but not layed yet. A special mention to the delivery driver who was very helpful. He deserves a gold star.

Delivery is a shambles and communication just as bad. Initally, delivery lead time was 4 weeks, which is bad enough. They then missed, not only the first but also then the second scheduled slot (each a week apart), resulting it taking nearly 7 weeks to arrive!!!! Poor communication and outdated system. Will not be using again!!

Luke helped me in a last minite scenario.
I had messaged people and requested delivery dates changed with no replies.
I was panicking and luke quickly resolved this. Other colleagues from his/hers/they should take note.

Amazing customer service have ordered from this company a few times and every time is the same.
Even sorting a replacement when they couldnt get my order to me in time husband had already booked time off work so couldnt just wait 100% recommend

The solid wood parquet is same price as local timber merchants but 12mm thinner and comes minus any tongue and grove. Poor showing, so glad I didn't buy.

The quality of the flooring is great and the support from the head office is fantastic

Guys in the shop were very helpful directing us to good choices of flooring . Arranged delivery and fitment dates flexible. Have no doubts that once fitted on Monday it will be perfect .

Ordered samples prior to moving home in October 2025. We then visited our local showroom in Birtley Tyne and Wear to discuss prices etc. once we moved and were ready to order the guys there were very helpful. We had an independent fitter as DWF fitting was to expensive.We got the 4 packs for the price of 3 on the Lux Herringbone flooring. So saved quite a bit for 55sq metres. So very pleased.
