I have only just started drinking this instead of ordinary coffee in the mornings. So far, it’s good. Not quite the same as my usual coffee but still enjoyable plus I know it has ingredients in it that are much better for me than caffeine. So far, so good. Very pleased. It was delivered promptly and I’m probably going to re-order following this trial.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order with DIRTEA, which was shipped via FedEx Express.
At the time of purchase, I was informed that the delivery would arrive on 28th April. However, despite ordering from the UK well in advance, the shipment has still not been delivered. This delay is highly frustrating and does not meet the expected service standards.
In addition, I subscribed to your service, and shortly after, I received an email stating that I would be charged additional amounts. This was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase and is completely unacceptable.
Due to these issues, I have now cancelled my subscription. I will not consider purchasing again unless your products become locally available in Dubai with reliable delivery and transparent pricing.
I kindly request:
An immediate update on the status of my order
A clear explanation regarding the unexpected additional charges
Assurance that no further charges will be applied
I hope you will take this complaint seriously and resolve the matter promptly.

I’m on my 3rd month of the coffee, I have it instead of filter coffee during the week and feel more energetic since swapping it. Also tried the cacao which is lovely.
The items in the starter packs and through the rewards scheme (cups, storage jars, milk frother, drink bottles) are really good quality. Efficient delivery too.

Very happy with my first Dirtea experience. Ordering was quick and easy, the price felt reasonable, and delivery was impressively fast (arrived within 2 days). The packaging is beautiful and includes a handy container, scoop, and spoon.

My only drawback is the taste. Although it’s marketed as tasteless, I can notice it in tea and cordial. It works well in coffee, which masks the flavour, but as more of a tea drinker, this is a shame.

Overall, a great experience, but I may return to my previous collagen creamer as it offers more collagen per serving.

I love to make a DIRTEA Chai-Choc. Measure a spoon (10ml) of DIRTEA Chai, a spoon (10ml) of hot chocolate powder, with oat milk (no reason for oat milk, I just like the taste of it in this drink)… and it is absolutely spot on!
Tastes amazing & helps balance my squiggliness! (I’m Dyslexic with ADHD).

Not directly your fault but neither delivery has reached me. Leaving post outside the door in an overlooked innercity area by a busstop with strict postage instructions for safety totally disregarded is not ideal.

I fell in love with DIRTEA products. Whether it's DIRTEA coffee, cacao, or lion's mane mushroom, among many others, these are exclusive products with the highest quality ingredients that not only taste great but also have health benefits. I will definitely be a regular customer of DIRTEA produkts and recommend them to everyone.
