Great product as always, but the packaging and scoops are over done. In my first order I got 2 scoops, 1 in collagen and 1 in creatine. I the got another as a free gift. Just opened my 2nd bag of collagen and there were 4 scoops. Absolutely crazy and wasteful… whilst the jars are nice, dishing out of the sachets would have been ok and kept costs down. Just like the gummies every order comes in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box. Other makes provide them in bags and keep prices down. Whether they are as good or not who knows but definitely less packaging on Earth day the better…

Now to the product - I have been taking Tremella Gummies for over a year to help my hair growth. I have to say that since taking them, the change in my growth has been amazing! Three years ago i lost my hair completely on the back of my head and try several products including just taking biotin. I love the product but every time it comes in massive packaging. All I'm buying is a 150g bag of coffee. Shipping it in a massive box with filling, when it could essentially be sent in a large envelope, is a huge waste. I also had issues previously with not wanting their 'subscription gift' of a mug, cup and spoon but couldn't buy the subscription without receiving it. It doesn't feel to me as though this brand cares about sustainability and I'll now be looking elsewhere for a better mushroom coffee brand.

I’m really enjoying the Dirtea Matcha as a replacement for my morning coffee. The taste is really nice and it was good to try it out (via the 7 sachets sold from Boots) before committing to the subscription!

Easy ordering and quick delivery. Lots of useful interesting information available. Like the free canister and scoop with my first order. Mushroom cocoa tastes like cocoa, no weird mushroom flavour. Hoping it helps my menopause brain 🤞🏻

Delivery is quick. Good quality mushroom powder. Myself and my husband both use it daily now. We are both in our 50’s and find it helps reduce our anxiety levels.

I've tried the chai, coffee, cacao and matcha and all pretty good to me. The coffee takes time to get used to as has a different type of taste, but is fine. I think the daily routine was made easier to build with the introductory kit, especially as I often prep and take it to work. The whisk is key to a nice froth on top! I do believe it's helping me focus at work and hopefully it is the case, I nice daily drink in any case..it's good that you can toggle your choice with the subscription also.

I couldn't get through the day now without starting it with Dirtea Chai latte. I add coconut barista or oat barista and it sets me up for the day. Part of my staple diet now and always gets delivered on time. 😁

The introductory kit is a cool way to motivate setting a new routine. The chai is my go to, but have tried the matcha, cacao and coffee drinks too.. the coffee mix has a strong truffly taste that you do get used to, once you don't expect coffee coffee flavour. I feel it is working for me in terms of clearer ability to focus. Dirtea customer service is very responsive and helpful, and they appreciate feedback too.
