This company has been a god send

This company has been a god send. They have helped me find the perfect holiday for a lady I support. They have made sure everything is there to meet my ladies needs. They haven't been pushy or rude.

I will be passing their details on to other people who are thinking of booking a holiday that needs a little extra support.

Frustrating …

I tried to use this company to book a disability holiday to Europe. My initial enquiry was at the end of April 25 and ended 25.5.25

My first choice of hotels was not available. Disabled Holidays recommended another hotel but did not confirm availability, this took over a week for them to tell me the hotel was fully booked after I contacted them a few times.

The next hotel Disabled Holidays recommended The hotel was closed and under refurbishment for the past 6 months (I think unknown to the staff member in Disabled Holidays) and the works were overdue.There was a possibility the hotel or adapted room was not going to be ready at the time of our booking. I was given the option by Disabled Holidays to pre-book the hotel and rearrange the holiday, if the adapted room was unavailable because of refurbishment of the hotel all done at short notice! I concluded/ended my business with Disabled Holidays on 25.5.25 because I was unsure that a particular staff member knew what they were doing and could actually deliver a holiday.

I took my business elsewhere and worked with another disability company with the help of a travel agent. Within 2 days I had hotel availability confirmation in my original destination. Confirmation of availability from the tour operator was also done quickly. This enquiry took a total of 5 days from start to finish and was guaranteed.

There are more efficient and knowledgeable disability holiday companies out there offering far more choice of hotels and flight times, Disabled Holidays just wasted my time.

I found Disabled Holidays last year.

I found Disabled Holidays last year, I have twin adult daughters, the first born has complex needs as well as mobility issues which includes a large heavy electric wheelchair. She also has to have a profile bed with an airflow mattress! There are not many holiday options available for her needs.
After booking a property in Newquay Cornwall for September, which was perfect but unfortunately we were letdown due to the selling of the property! So, I went back to Disabled Holidays and spoke to Adam again, we love Cornwall and didn't want to go anywhere else for our holiday, after Adam searched, knowing my daughters disabilities, he found what looks and sounds the ideal holiday lodge near Looe.
This company is amazing, they explain everything I need to know! I have every confidence in them, and we're all looking forward to our holiday in Cornwall this September. Thank you Adam and Disabled Holidays 👍

Thumbs up to Disabled Holidays 👍

An amazing experience with Disabled holidays. We are a family of 4 with a disabled adult son travelling to Disneyland Paris. The holiday adviser Nicola was so helpful and knowledgeable. The booking process was make so easy and stress free. Nicola dealt with everything’ flights, airline, accommodation, transfers, special assistance and the company who were supplying and delivering the mobility aids etc to the hotel. Nicola thought of everything. She was very professional, but also had a very friendly manner, which put me at ease straight away. After I booked the holiday I had a couple of queries and I spoke to Lucy from the admin team who was super helpful and knowledgeable too. I would definitely recommend Disabled Holidays.

WINGERS.......MOANERS some people are never satisfied whatever, so my experience with this company have been nothing short of amazing fantastic and down right helpful and polite and people who put such negative comments on that could severely discredit a company should just jog on........... Based on website alone

I am a disabled man and after going through many UK holiday cottages on other sites I finally found this one. It seemed tailor made for me.

However in the entirety of the UK, after I clicked on lodges, cottages and holiday homes in the filter bar it gave me a grand total of .... two properties. TWO!!!! In the entire UK!! So I opened it up and got rid of holiday homes which increased the total to eighteen.
How do these people even stay in business with so few properties?!

The photos of the properties are so small you need a magnifying glass to see any detail and if you try to use the filters in any logical way it gets rid of 80-90% of the properties leaving you with only one option, to trail through every single property on the books.

Currently, our website functions by manually assigning filters to each accommodation listing based on relevance. If a listing doesn't have all selected filter applied, it won’t appear in the results. In your case, the three listings that appeared had all three filters selected, which is why others have shown up.

Excellent experience for a first time user

Adam at DisabledHolidays.com could not have been more helpful. This was my first experience of having to source an accessible holiday and was doing so on behalf of my father who had recently had a leg amputation. I was anxious to ensure that any booking would be right for him and Adam carefully assessed my father's needs and, at short notice, sourced suitable accommodation options from a tricky brief. Comprehensive holiday information was subsequently provided. The customer service, throughout the booking process was faultless and I am grateful for all the efforts made by Adam and colleagues at DisabledHolidays.com.

First time using Disabled Hoildays

This was the first time have used Disabled Holidays. I found them on Google and I am so glad I did. Amy the holiday adviser who felt with my booking was absolutely fantastic. She explained everything to me really clearly and she helped me decide which would be the best holiday cruise for me to go on. Amy was so lovely and patient and had a lot of experience and Knowledge to share on cruises. I will definitely be using Disabled Holidays to book my holiday again and will definitely ask for Amy to help again. I am sure that all their staff are really good but Amy was my girl LOL Thank you disabled Holidays for making this adventure possible for me especially being a power wheel chair user

Booking disabled holiday accommodation

I found the whole process of booking the accommodation really easy. It was done mostly over the phone. Adam was great. He was clear about everything and very helpful. He rang this morning and managed to do the booking and take payment very quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with this service and would recommend to friends.

Highly recommended for disabled holiday goers!

Nicola made our experience with booking our holiday so stress free from the beginning. She ensured to ask all of the necessary questions to assess my partners needs, and found multiple resorts that fit our requirements. Once we’d found our perfect resort holiday from Nicola’s great choices, she even found us a discount code! It was such an efficient and friendly service. We will without a doubt continue to use Disabled Holidays in the future and highly recommend them to others too!
