Ordered some product. The product failed to arrive. I called Discountcatheters to explain the situation about my missing product. They told me there was nothing they could do because it had been over 30 days. It was only over 30 days because they took 12 days to "look into it". Very unprofessional in the way this issue was handled. Risky business.

The gentleman helping me was very professional and had all my answers I needed.

This is Mariana's 2nd time helping me sort out a problem with an order. When entering my recent order, I wasn't able to find the packages of multiple quantities that I had ordered in the past. And so I entered everything as individual quantities which resulted in the shipping being charged at a rate that was almost as much as the product total. I reached out to Mariana and she was able to assist me by entering the order at the multi-pack rates. The shipping and tax charges then calculated properly. I'd like to say that Mariana is very helpful. She's always quick to respond and eager to help. She's the image of what customer service is all about!

Jose, was a great help to find the products I was looking for. I'm not able to get these products from my Home Health facility any more over the counter and my insurance does not pay for them. Wonder customer service!!!

I order from here because you have the cheapest price for the bags my husband likes to use. Only issue I have is that I never seem to be able to go right on and order, always have to contact customer service because the site just keeps spinning and will not finish the order. I don't set up to get the bags on a regular basis because my husbands urine ouput is declining and at some point he won't need the bags.

Katherine at live chat helped so much! I had placed an order for my mom to help her deal with my dad whom had just been released from the hospital. I forgot to write down the order number, had put in the wrong email address, etc. Katherine immediately pulled up the order, provided the order number, and sent me a confirmation to the correct email. We will definitely be buying from Discount Catheters again. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is supportive. I'm so glad they have the "live chat" function!

I absolutely love this site! My fiancé lost use of his bladder almost a year ago and this site has helped so much. The doctors office was wanting a small fortune for the same catheters that I purchase from here. With him not having insurance this was the best way we could afford these. Definitely recommend this site for anyone needing these supplies. My son has asthma and will definitely use the respiratory site as well!
