Ordered a tumble drier cleaning kit from this company and paid for it in advance, but guess what? as with other customers I did not receive this item.
I must agree with several other customers when they call this company rip-off merchants.

ordered a mens weather proof jacket size 2XL, when it arrived found it didnt fit ,to be honest it wouldnt fit my 10 year old grandson, went through the proceedure of trying to return item and get a refund , but all i get is a ticket number.personally i think this company is unlawful and the police in cwmbran sould be informed and arrest all involved thieving scammers and con artists. DONT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY

Why can I not send emails everytime I try it's telling me my email does not match but when you get in touch with me it matches I want a refund for an item that has not arrived and is not coming because I paid £4.99 for 1 fan I didn't know I had to pay £4.9[ for second fan on same order I am not pleased with the 1 fan that arrived

Left to me they would have no stars i had an email 12/4/2023 saying my order was on its way I’d ordered it weeks before this iv emailed them and had no reply 😡😡I’m still waiting for my ordered 😡😡

I spent £70 for a bed in January and I'm still waiting for it. Discount experts just keep sending automated email response to me each time I ask about it. Disgusting service.

This company effectively sells me an item not telling me that someone else in china will supply goods inferior agreed return eventually provided return details paid further £7.85 to return waiting weeks no refund just excuses disgusting taking money for nothing they need reporting for fraud will contact bank to attempt to get money back DO NOT BUY from these people

I ordered some towels in February, and the order was passed straight through to a sub-supplier, although they took the money plus post & packing immediately. The actual merchant did not respond to my expediting
emails, and in the end I escalated the issue to Discount Experts. They operated like a post box, forwarding my requests to the supplier, and passing the response to me without impact or comment.
I pointed out the contract was with them, and now they have stopped responding.

Do not order anything from this company - they flood you with lucrative looking offers but deal with very suspect suppliers and it is doubtful that you will get your order fulfilled - my advice is AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Purchased a travel voucher and was about to book travel the very next day. They told me the price changed and I would have to pay extra for what I have selected. I checked the website and they relisted the deal at exactly the same price I paid and exactly the same conditions including spanish gp tickets, hotel and flights. Offered me about ten different alternatives all either requiring downgrade to low quality hotel (vs 4 star advertised) or different flight times all requiring extra payments. I have requested refund and still no one got back to me. Company based on a scam. They are designed to catch your eye on a good looking deal and scam you into low cost alternatives or force you to pay extra. AVOID.

Paid for laptop on 24/11/2022, delivery will be in a week time and today is 08/12/2022 and no sign of delivery. No email and courtesy to inform customer

We bought a 50 item mystery box from here received it Sunday biggest load of rubbish ever inside rolls of garden netting cigarette roach strips curtain hooks dope stops absolutely nothing worth getting and certainly not £25 worth so don't bother wasting your money

I ordered 3 items from this company, when looking for a delivery date, it says it was on the voucher, but as I used the voucher to purchase the goods,I don't have it. How long do I have to wait for an email to tell me where my Christmas garden ornaments are and when is delivery expected?

I ordered a GPS tracker fob advertised on PetrolPrices.com. The item was discounted to £3.99 from, they claim, £39.99. They took payment for the order BEFORE asking for another payment of £2.99 for postage. I have never been asked to buy something and then been hit with a separate payment for postage. It must violate standards of the Sale of Goods Act but if not then said act should be updated to cover mail order firm. I’m not expecting to receive this item given how bad DiscountExperts.com’s TrustPilot reviews are. I will be pleasantly surprised especially if it arrives and more importantly works.

Actually I can't say anything about product I paid for as I haven't received it.I can't find any record of the purchase except on my PayPal account. Can't contact any of the affiliate companies . Its absolute rubbish !!!!@

I ordered a 3XL jacket from this company, the quality seems to be great, but the size is about a ladies size 10! I am not a lady, and I wanted it to wear fishing. Ok so I gave it to a friend of mine, but I bought it for me. I won't be buying anything else from them!

Ordered matching coats for my partner and I as winter is definitely coming! My coat arrived after 4 weeks.....I ordered a men's 3XL....what arrived would possibly just about fit a small /medium lady (no sign of my partner's coat yet!). I contacted them as requested to get a refund but so far it's been a game of ping pong emails and no real answer!!
Will update this review when and if I get a decent reply (not looking good so far!)
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY....IF IT LOOKS TOO GOOD THEN IT PROBABLY ISN'T!!!!!!!!

I purchased a cheap watch recently. When applying the voucher, I needed to check my credit card and when I returned to the Discount Experts website, I found I had been timed out without explanation. So I purchased a new voucher and bought the watch. I checked with the Paypal website (changed since I last used it) under the heading "Recent Transactions", which listed three (watch payment, P&P and a charity donation at the same time). I didn't know till much later that Paypal lied, it should have said 'Last Three Transactions'. The watch duly arrived and works as described; the only problem was that the two piece bracelet arrived in four pieces (eventually I found a kind lady who fixed it for me).

My real bone of contention with DE arose when I finally got my credit card statement a month later, which clearly showed that I had paid twice for the watch. I made a number of polite requests for a refund for the wasted money and have been persistently refused.

I will never use this appalling company again - it's quite clear that their Customer Support department has a "Don't care, go away" attitude.

Prices see too good to be true, immediately rang scan bells. Check the reviews
