Rubbish. I found my order by accident in the garden . No note through the letter box or email saying where it had been left. Packaging was poor and torn. On opening i discovered my item was damaged . Despite contacting their customer service on numerous occasions I have had no response.

Ordered item & amount for item DEDUCTED TWICE
They keep pushing the onus onto customer - asking for proof ie “screenshot” to be sent BUT CANNOT ACCESS EMAIL ADDRESS OR TELEPHONE NUMBER TO SEND TO. AFTER ACCESSINGSITE HAVE FILLED IN THEIR QUESTIONAIRE REQUESTING THAT THEY ACCESS THEIR RECORDS WHERE THE WILL SEE THREE PAYMENTS UOT (£4.99p&p £14.99 and a further £14.99)
THEIR REPLY WAS A REQUEST FOR A FURTHER PAYMENT OF £4.99p&p

Would have given NO stars if possible.
I ordered a garden airer which did not arrive, then was out of stock. Was given credit voucher, ordered hair dryer, never came. Contacted customer services was told to give 28 days, still did not arrive. Was then told I’d get a full refund, that was 4 weeks ago, not through yet. Contacted them again this morning to be told I have credit voucher with them valid for 6 months.
I Replied saying it was agreed I’d was to get a full refund, still saying credit voucher available.
I WANT A REFUND, DO NOT WANT TO BE FOBBED OFF ANY LONGER.

Not impressed. I was supplied with a computer that is 15 years old. I was expecting a used refurbished machine - but 15 years? Therefore most software isn't compatible. I won't be buying from them ever again. You only catch people once. Avoid

Don't use this company or you'll be very disappointed. I ordered an item through them/ oh my boo .Co.uk last September and it still hasn't arrived. They keep passing me backwards and forwards between their customer services and oh my boo customer services and nobody takes responsibility. I've now used too much energy on this chasing, have asked for a refund but I don't expect an answer.

Do not buy from this company they are a scam my doorbell did now work and they don’t answer my emails and they have no phone number too call them on stay clear folks

I am so sorry that I have to give one star...... I wanted to give zero, 0, zilch, NONE! This is a con, but I don't understand, because I ordered a computer chair from them and it arrived, and I am pleased with it. This tim I ordered a Dirt Grabber Doormat over a month ago and got nothing. I am still waiting for the Doormat. I would recommend that people stay far from this site, they are crooks!!!

Shocking - little better than a scam, this company should be shut down by trading standard authorities.
We purchased what we understood to be garden furniture, only to be told when a delivery wasn't forthcoming that we had bought a voucher to entitle us to a discount on garden furniture. AVOID!

Update - got my money back via my credit card supplier!

I have been robbed. I placed my order for my 'voucher'. You then have to, seperately, pay for delivery. You will receive THE dodgiest of emails with an order number - no delivery date. Just an email telling you to check their website for delivery details. There are none - whatsoever. I'm quite internet savvy but I've been done.
It's a complete scam - no phone number and it won't allow you to put your order number into its website. Look at all the reviews

I ordered a voucher for a plant offer. When I tried to redeem the voucher it would not accept my e mail address as valid despite it being correct. I have contacted them on a number of occasions but failed to receive any response. Very poor service - will not use again!

I have been waiting 4 weeks for a 5 tier garage shelving racking,I have complained and my emails get passed around like a ping pong ball !
One email told me to contact the Merchant (Lassic) I did ,and Lassic said they had no record of my order.
I have asked for a refund but that hasn't happened yet.
Discountexperts are committing fraud by taking orders and money and not fulfilling their part of the contract.

The bell I bought doesn’t work as a bell and the software isn’t their to make a video doorbell ring and most of the time it doesn’t even pick up someone walking towards it. The seller doesn’t respond, the manufacturers tell me it will never work as a doorbell with a phone!! It should not be sold as a doorbell. Discountexperts don’t even have a phone line, so when the ignore emails I can’t ring them!!!

Don't use them.

I brought 2 x video doorbell cameras - I chose these as you can insert an SD card rather than having to pay for storage. I had opened one to test. Disappointed to see there were no batteries included.
I had bought them through Discount Experts, as like most of the country I have to watch my pennies. I checked the vouchers used to redeem this offer and nowhere does it say that it will not include batteries. I had checked the fine print as well as the description.
Looking these batteries up I would have to pay a further £40 for two sets, for the two doorbells to include the charging cradle as they are not typical AA or AAA rechargeable batteries.

If I had known that, I wouldn’t have got them in the first instance. I screenshot all the information that comes on the voucher and website and sent it to Benzbag the actual retailer. Not one point about the batteries are on there - granted its on their website direct but I never went through that.

So I kindly asked if they would arrange collection of these cameras, FOC under the basis that the information isn’t available on the advert and has therefore been misleading.

First email back - they refused and basically told me to go buy the batteries.

When I pointed out that the consumer rights act states by law they cannot refuse this, they then agreed to take them back but is refusing to pay the postage. Even though I paid postage to get the stuff here! I pointed out that this was not a return because I have not changed my mind. It was missing parts based on the advert.

They still REFUSED to pay for the return despite me further pointing out that the consumer rights act states that the retailer is responsible for the return.

So I am now escalating it further because they refuse to take responsibility.

And Discount Experts simply act as a mediator between the seller and you - even though when you submit any grievances, the first email you get says its been passed to their Customer service, but then they pass it over to the seller anyway! They don't get involved at all so what's the point in them??

Terrible product, not at all as promotional picture, had to jump through hoops to get a refund, wouldn't use again.

Appalling
Ordered 2 battery chargers in November (3 months ago). Didn’t arrive. Raised a complaint and got a message to say the items would be dispatched in 3 days. They weren’t. Got a message to say customer service would be in touch. They haven’t contacted me and now I can’t e mail them again - the web link will not open the complaint form for me again

They may have rebranded from mighty deals , but trying to get a refund is impossible. 6 weeks and still waiting.

This company is a sham based I think in Wales who basically are a clearing house for companies most usually China based. When incorrect items arrive of not delivered at all, this company forwards on the complaint to the real seller who in turn ignores the complaint. The original source seller and payment taker appears to have no clue or power over these sellers to issue refunds etc. AVOID THIS COMPANY. ITS A SHAM.

Didn't even want to give it one star but had to to leave a review. Was assured delivery before Xmas of 2 kindles for my children which I ordered on 12th Dec. Still had no email of delivery date and still waiting. I'm disgusted after paying £7.99 each per item too. So upset for my kids

I ordered an Emma mattress from mighty discount experts on the 18th November. I paid £189.99 for the mattress plus an extra £19.99 for delivery. I keep getting passed from pillar to post. This was a Christmas present from my daughter. This is a disgusting service. They were quick enough to take my money. Still haven’t received my mattress. I will never use discount experts again.

Recently bought a reconditioned Chromebook which never worked. Raised a ticket and requested a return and refund and when I chased it after several days I was advised I had to give the merchant time to process the request. This was nearly 7 weeks ago and despite me chasing multiple times I have received no further response. Do not buy from this company.
