I’ve bought 2 vouchers from these. Received both items in a timely manner.
Both items failed after less than a week! Despite numerous emails and a nonexistent customer service I’ve had No refund!
Don’t bother wasting your time or money on these inferior products!

This is a TRULY dreadful company.
DO NOT USE.
I ordered a "refurbished" laptop for my great neice to use
It arrived, not in working order and FILTHY DIRTY.
I sent it back.
You have to suffer their extortionate post & packing charge and then the cost of sending it back.
I shall be reporting them in to Trading Standards as this item was a bio hazard and not fit for purpose. And I STILL haven't recieved my refund.

Sent back faulty item you received on 6th October I still haven't received the refund promised despite 40 emails to you and your partners gogroopie and mybrandlogic

As a test run on what appear to be be too-good-to-be-true (and oh yes, they really are) offers, I ordered 2 winter/summer windscreen covers. I received one!! sheet of thin polythene and two rubber sucker (yes, I know) pads. Total, total con, to be avoided like the plague.

Over inflated postage costs
Poor quality merchandise - item purchased failed to function
Non existent customer service
Despite over six on -line messages they have failed to answer request for a refund

Absolute rubbish. Beware - do not purchase anything from these thieves. They take your money and never provide the item.

Absolutely shocking company. Bought an item, paid what was requested in the check out page. Delivery 3-5 days. No item. Received an email to say I hadn't paid postage and packaging after I queried it, and had to download a 'voucher'! Went all round the houses trying to find said 'voucher'. Eventually requested a full refund to be told I am outside my 14 day cancellation period, even though I've been querying the item for over a week. An absolute bunch of cowboys! I will never purchase from them again and will make sure all my friends won't either. They can keep my £9.99, they obviously need it more than I do!! Buyer beware!

Never again. I have had no communication as to when my item will arrive. Had to order from another company as a birthday present. Not sure how the voucher works but cost be £6.99. I presume postage!!! no instructions. I hope i can get a refund for item even if not the £6.99. I have a friend who writes for magazines. Maybe should ask her if she can help as to how this company works.

This company is a con didn’t not received my purchase twice, they repay my vouchers but not the money for goods stay away from them

Wish I could give this a 0 star rating. Ordered a humidifier with essential oils for £15 supposedly worth £150! Then you have to pay another £5 for delivery and what I got was a cheap plastic toy like item probably costing £2 to produce. You know what they say, if it’s too good to be true it probably is!

Ordered glow in dark pebbles not arrived twice emailed not answered, rubbish is it a scam???

Purchased 3 bags of bark chippings from them nearly a month ago. I paid them £30 and, to date, have heard nothing whatsoever from Discount Experts. Unless you want to lose money DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Orederd and paid for my swarovski bracelet. On 6th April.. Now its May never received

I ordered a extra-thick comfort memory foam mattress from you on the 11/3/21 . It arrived on the 13/3/21 such fast delivery . the mattress from Durest beds is good quality . so pleased .

Ordered wireless earbuds but received mini-usb wired versions that are incompatible with my phone, so utterly useless.

I ordered a mystery prize deal and received a bird hotel. The website claimed that the bird hotel is worth £39.99 yet when I googled it I see that you could but it easily for £7. I felt lied to and cheated into being made to think that I would get a valuable prize yet it's not even worth 25% of the price it said to be.

They STOLE MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT! I placed an order for a bed for £259 on 15/01/2021 then when I read that there is no delivery to the highlands of Scotland I cancelled it. Within an HOUR of placing the order. You apparently get ‘14 days cooling off period’ yet my cooling off period was not even 60 minutes... 3 days later and they actually TOOK £259 out of my account for some strange reason - I had raised the issue snd was simply told (after 4 email attempts) ‘it will go back in within 7-10 working days’ but she gave me no answer as to why it came out in the first place... I thought, right that’s me skint now then but it’s obviously down to a computer and banking system and I’m sure they’ll put it back when they say they will, alas; nope! Not only did I never receive my money back I was lied to from the same person after my 5th snd 6th email attempt and told ‘we have paid it back’ when I asked for proof I was given silent treatment again. Left it another day, still nothing... sent them my bank account screen shot of the only transaction with ‘discount experts’ in it and it was when they TOOK THE MONEY OUT, nothing ever went back in and they lied about it then did not resolve it or anything so I had to call the police because that’s a lot of money for anyone to have taken from them especially when they were told simply it was paid back to you so deal with it - it never was so I’m warning everyone please never use this site it’s a complete con and they are crooks. Police are now investigating them snd they told me it’s happened with so many customers.

Disgusting, ordered a fitbit watch, claims to be but not fitbit. Ordered 28.12.20 arrived 16.1.21. Ordered blue got red. Later found the same thing on ebay but didn't have to extra pay the delivery fee. I doubt this company is even legitimate. Stop conning people for hard earned money
