Completely disgusted with this company, who are refusing to help me get my money back from a company they host, the deeply unimpressive Impress Gadgets.
If you look at the Impress Gadgets strand on Trustpilot you'll see they have failed to send items or refund the money to many people. Their service is disgraceful but Discount Experts are just as bad, failing to do anything effective to make the company pay what it owes.
Just not good enough.

had same problems. never seem to get items until you complain. latest item not arrived. sent two emails to customer service still no reply sent another one today requesting refund no reply. will not us them again.
DO NOT USE IF IT SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT IS WITH THIS COMPANY

I'm having the same problem somebody from a few weeks ago is having. I ordered something ten weeks ago and still haven't recieved it. I emailed them twice, both times they just kept going on about how vouchers work and absolutely no mention of my item or a refund. Do not use these thieves, they take your money and reply to emails with complete nonsense that does not address the problem. Have had to raise it with PayPal.

I have reluctantly ordered from this company after a bad experience with a past order. Let's see if I get what I have ordered this time. Only time will tell. They are IMPOSSIBLE to contact when things go wrong.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I received a computer that they had advertised as for sale for £169.99 (was £1020). The computer I received was a 2007 model and was painfully slow. It might have been £1020 in 2007 but I felt mislead by this and never expected to get such an old computer. If it was sold on eBay or similar it would only get a small amount and probably less than £169.99. I argued that it was sub standard but just could not get the Return postage costs back. Very shoddy company to deal with. They said it was up to the company Tech Markets to refund me the postage and they point blank refused. and you cannot speak to anyone on the phone. I am wondering how to take the matter further. I am writing to the Advertising Standards Committee for starters.

Ordered a product from this website over 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. Messaged them to let them know and just kept going on about how the website works when this wasn’t what I wanted at all. Asked for my money back and they do anything but give it to you. Reported them to federal trade commission for false advertising and refusing a refund.
Don’t use this company as it’s not legit

Earlier in the year, in fact, much earlier in the year, I paid for 2 vouchers which were 3 bottles, on each voucher, of Antibacterial Handwash, made by Radox. This was just as the pandemic had got into full flow in the UK. A couple of weeks later I received 2 x 3 bottles of Non-Antibacterial Hand Lotion made by Dove. This was obviously useless. I had paid £39-01 in total for the 2 vouchers. Tom date, after very many emails and online chats, and several unkept promises of receiving a full credit, and having returned the Dove hand lotions, I am still trying to get full credit. So my attitude is : Do not use Discount Vouchers as they are unreliable and have done nothing but fob me off and tell lies. I am 73 and live on a pension so the money I have lost is very important to me. However, They obviously think that they can keep it, and don't care about doing things correctly.

Scammers, ordered an ipad, still not arrived, still no contact from the company, avoid these frauds

Doesn't even deserve one star. Aligns itself with companies like Go Groopie who are just as bad. They don't send the items you pay for, then when you complain you get a standard email which says the same thing every single time - that the other company have been informed. There's no phone numbers. Only support emails that no-one replies to. Luckily I didn't buy anything too expensive, but be warned! DO NOT BUY FROM EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES. You will be ripped off!!!! MINUS ELEVENTY MILLION STARS!!!!! :(

Ordered some items prior to checking with trustpilot. Results like all the reviews. Over one month later and no deliveries. All contacts produce auto type responses. Use of a voucher system confusing and times out before delivery. Will not refund directly. Gave up with company and placing two claims via paypal. The flaws with paypal or credit cards are when they provide a refund they don't extract the monies from the seller, or stop any business with the seller so the seller can keep ripping off Mr Joe Public.

If there was a no star rating this companies customer service deserves it ! I ordered a case of wine in April and when it arrived 8 out of 12 bottles were corked and could not be drunk, I informed them of this and requested either a refund or replacement 3 months later contact I have neither, They have ignored the Sale of Goods act and refer my contacts to their supplier I will never deal with them again and neither should you

This company took 35.00 for two items in March 2020 the goods did not arrive they keep coming back on instagram different names robbing scammers and they are allowed still to trade they don't deserve one star cheeky robbing xxxxxxxx trading standards need to be involved cause us customers are filling there pockets no way of contacting them either this needs to stop the sale the email does not exist either

This company should not still be trading
One order has not turned up at all.
Another order was advertised as a set of 4 items and I only got one item for my money.
As well as items not turning up, they are guilty of false advertising.
There is no way of contacting the company with purchasing issues as they never acknowledge or reply to the contact form on the website.
It should be listed as a scam site because that's exactly what it is.
Legalised robbery, they are nothing but theives and should be forced to stop selling and investigated by trading standards.

This company are a disgrace, take your money very quickly but will not help you with nothing, gave me a credit voucher but it doesn’t work sent numerous emails to get one back making no sense at all that is so your voucher runs out and you loose your money, they seriously need reporting for being scammers

my experience is awful. didn't get voucher codes for 3 items. no reminder and then told time expired after 1 month. complained saying paid for nothing but politely told UFO and none of my questions answered by a "Bethan James" - answers very robotic.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I paid for a vacuum cleaner 3 weeks ago. No sign of it and I’ve contacted them lots of times through their site. I have filed a case against them because I used PayPal. I will need to wat a week. They are the most incompetent people ever. Don’t deal with them. It’s pure theft on their part!

Had my makeup pallet this morning, surprised in a good way, customer service actually exists. HAPPY DAYS! Thankyou guys

Bought a electric toothbrush with 40 extra heads when it arrived 3weeks late only had 6 heads emailed them they said send it back to impress so I did with signature needed after it said it was delivered I emailed them again, now they said prove it was delivered so I sent snap shots of proof of delivery and shot of signature to prove it, now they are not answering me how I get my refund. Stay well clear of these rip off merchants.

Ordered iPhone early November, some one hundred twenty five pounds, sent five e-mails, no response, assume i have been scammed!
