Worst family vacation ever
We go on vacation every year as a family only time that we can truly be together. We was told at the last minute one week before our vacation that we would have to be in two separate homes. We was also told that the homes would be close together and they where on opposite ends of the road houses apart. This was by far one of the worst vacation. It did not bring us together it separated us. We could have stayed home because we did not have the family vacation we always plan for every year.

As soon as the property management company notified us that the property you have originally booked was not available for your stay, we looked for alternative homes. Being in the summer season and a last-minute adjustment, no homes were in the market for the same rates, unfortunately. Sweet Home Vacation wanted to assist our guests in every way we can, so we decided to pay the price difference for your new homes. We are very disappointed to hear that you and your family did not enjoy your annual vacation. We do apologize for your unfortunate experience, and we hope that you would book with us again next year.

My experience with sweet home vacation was great. The home was beautiful, clean and bright. I recommend everyone traveling and needed a home to accommodate you and your family. Sweet home vacation is the spot. They have all the works, also kid friendly.

The home was AMAZING!
The home was AMAZING! We had a party of 20 and was quite comfortable. The ages ranged from 1 year old to 76 and everyone was equally. Everything that was listed in the advertisement met our expectations. The children loved the pool in the house as well as the water park.
Now there were some minor damages that I noticed when we arrived at the home for example the grill wasn't clean and hadn't been for quite some time, marks on the wall, a small hole in the ceiling from a pool stick and a few other things. Aside from those things the house was in great condition.
My family and I enjoyed this home so much we are in the process of planning another family vacation with this host!!!

Your company is outstanding, your staff is one of the best that I have had the privilege of working with. My family and I have been vacationing in the US for more than 11 years now and I will have to say that the only company that topped you. Was our vacation in Breckinridge Colorado. You made our family vacation amazing. The house was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities that we needed.
