Binnen een week geleverd, maar Douane kosten kwamen er bij van 39 euro!!! Dus volgende keer rij ik wel naar duitsland...

The customer service is amazing. When I have problems figuring stuff out on my own, I message them through WhatsApp and they respond very quickly and are always willing to help me out. So far I am very happy with them. I recommend 😇

First few orders were fine. When they only had regular shipping, shipping was a lot faster. Now that they have “express” expensive shipping, suddenly the normal shipping takes a lot longer.

I placed an order 2,5 weeks ago and it has not arrived. They told me DPD made a mistake and the package will be sent back to them. Instead of sending me a new package immediately - like decent sellers do - i have to wait until the package is returned to them before they send it out again. This will most definitely take at least another week of waiting, since it has been days since. They proudly communicate that they will pay for the new shipping - well duh, as you should since i already paid for shipping. And if it’s truely DPDs fault, they don’t have to pay for the new shipment. So I’ll probably have to wait at least 3 weeks for my order because they refuse to just send me a new order while the other one is on it’s way to them (their words). Not at all customer friendly, if i find another shop i wont buy here anymore.

Edit: I’ve now ordered at Golden Vape, which is cheaper and ships faster.

I made an order, and for 10 days health issues with confusion about tracking numbers and delivery times after I had paid the additional fee for express delivery. I understand I ordered before a holiday, but it still never came a week later. I am still waiting

Since selling vapes in the Netherlands is no longer allowed I tried this website recently for an order. Not knowing how it would turn out, but it got delivered really fast. The vapes are packed really well and customer service replies quickly. For all the dutchies out here; this website is your go to!

I ordered the voopoo dragon e60 but they messaged me that it wasn't in stock (should update your site) but we quickly found a solution for replacement they even covered the extra cost so very good services they always awnser if you have questions. The shipment was expected Saturday but it came monday but that is not the fault of the business. Be aware of extra cost for shipment to NL

Ik had m'n bestelling binnen een week binnen binnen, in nederland. Fijne site en als je vragen hebt krijg je direct antwoord. Let wel op dat er import kosten bij komen omdat het uit de VK komt. Verder goede originele vapes en liquids.

This is a great company. They provide a very fast delivery. In addition, they provide extra vape pods as gifts when making a large order. I appreciate that they sent two Gold Bar prime flavor vapes as gifts. They taste so good!

They ship really fast and exactly what is promised. Even if an item is unavailable they offer replacement for it. Even then with that added delay, arrival in the Netherlands was still within a few days of ordering.
