Failed to provide refund
After placing an order at the end of July & receiving an email to say my items are not in stock so therefore I will receive a refund which is fine not a problem but what is a problem is that 2 weeks later, 3 emails & proof that my refund has not been received, I have not had any communication at all! Would not purchase anything from this site.

We apologise for the delay and lack of communication regarding your refund. We did issue a refund for your order at the end of July (27/07/2024 at 12:51) as the items were not in stock. Unfortunately, there was a delay in the transfer through our payment processor.
We also discovered that your emails were unfortunately landing in our spam folder. Once we realised this, we immediately addressed the situation with our payment processor and finalised the refund.
We understand your frustration and want to assure you that we value your business. We've taken steps to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Well I've been ordering at Disposavapes for a while now! They always respond in a kind way, always willing to help out with your questions and I always recieve the orders in like 5 to 7 days! I've found my fav store since we can't buy them in the Netherlands anymore.

The best vape courier of the world ! I love SKE crystal bars and this guy has them all. The shipping is fast as can be and he makes sure i don’t run out. Then the price…. Lowest there is. I mean do i need to go on ? Definitely recommend shopping here.

Good shipping, alitnof vapes i received did not work, some stuff i bougjt did not come in and instrad they gave me more of an other vape.

Shipment was fine
Shipment was fine, product was packed well. But 3 of the vapes I ordered were either not working at all or the flavour was way off (gross). Other than that it was all good and would definitely order from them again.

I've never left a review on anything but they deserve 5*
I've never left a review on anything, but when THEY UPGRADED ME just because they didn't have a product I wanted, and when I text them being dumb and I didn't know how to use it and felt it was being a dud, not only did they text me telling me exactly how to use it, they had a flight they had to catch and STILL corrected me not making me feel any time of way. 100/100 definitely ording again 1000 times over

Highly recommended and good service!
Ordered for the first time here because its much cheaper than over here in the Netherlands.
Took some time to arrive (2½ weeks) but I am very happy how everything went.
Had some questions about my order and had contact with David thru whatsapp and he was very kind and helpfull.
