I placed my order several days ago and I haven't heard from them yet. After reading all the reviews online, I'm sure that I've lost my money. I would love to see this brand getting absolutely demolished and the people running it get convicted of running this scam.

DitchTheGuilt is fraud & scam. After placing the order, and making prepaid payment, one gets an automated email confirmation of the order with a message in bold “prepaid order shipping within 1 day” !!

Well, it’s been more than a week since I placed my order and sent multiple reminders via email, website contact form & Facebook messenger message, requesting shipping update … but no response to date.

Pl do NOT place ANY order with this company that is simply a front to launder your hard earned money.

Those scammed like me are encouraged to report this company and its fraudulent operations to National Cybercrime portal for further action

Pure artisanal Scam.

Don't fall for their ads. I made a prepaid order on Jan 1. Just a WhatsApp message with order id. After that no response at all. All the customer care / contact no s/ even the shipping company number is unresponsive.

Very disappointing experience. There is no order tracking, and the contact numbers are not working, so you can’t reach customer support.

My order arrived after 15 days, and the packaging was completely different from what is shown on the website. The chocolates also did not match their marketing in appearance or quality.

I tasted one chocolate, and it tasted like medicine - very weird and not something you would expect from chocolate. After checking the others, I chose not to eat them because the texture and quality seemed poor.

Overall, it felt misleading and not worth the money. I would suggest others be cautious before ordering.

I had placed an order 1 week back. There's no movement on my order. The order has not been shipped yet.
I tried to contact them through email but their email address is fake.
I tried to contact them on their phone number but no such phone number exists.
They mentioned that I can communicate with them on WhatsApp on the same phone number. I sent a message to them on WhatsApp but the message is unread

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS, don't order anything, they have attached many proofs and videos on their site and are running ads constantly, but they never delivered my order, no email support, no phone support no whatsapp support. Just gone like that. I even paid prepaid and they promised fast delivery, forget about fast, I didn't get any delivery 🚚.

Frauds, stay away. They do not deliver anything nor do they offer a refund or respond to customer queries. They have a fake discount ticker on their website that keeps refreshing, pushing you to buy soon. Don't bother.

Product not delivered after 20 days.. both numbers are switch off. 0 service. Fake add runing all days in Instagram

This is Nonsense. They ask us to pay in advance for 1 day delivery don't even care about ton of customers. I placed an order and still waiting for any response.

Please shut the website. They are out looting people.

Ordered from website and for 2 months there was no response or delivery from them , forgot about it knowing I got scammed. And 3 months later some package comes which had the chocolates where the one i ordered was just written using a pen on the box that was completely different flavour. It looks like a 5 year old made a chocolate bar and a brownie using play-doh ironically it tasted like that too. Had to throw it all, if you wanna get a experience for urself try it but i highly suggest to skip this shit

Their chocolates taste shit. Doesn't taste like they have even used cocoa butter. Feels like hydrogenated palm oil. Their red velvet chocolate didn't even have anything red in it in real.

They just get the money from you and will be done you msg they'll give one hell of lengthy para saying it will be delayed but delayed for even a year will happen

I placed an order before 20 days and I paid in advance, although i received order details on my email but never received the order nor i am able to track it

they do not deliver nor refund, they do not have a customer support.
they only collect money.

It's a scam they never send you chocolate Even of you raise a complain they will not even reply you not even on watsapp

scammers, they dont deliver your orders, they take money and then dont reply to customers

I ordered on 7 January. I have the order confirmation mail and I chose 1-day shipping, but my order never got shipped. Now today is 17th Jan, and I can't even find my order on their page, it shows no orders yet. I've reached out to their customer service no response, on instagram they just reassure us that it'll reach us and due to high volume of orders they're unable to ship, the same message over and over again.
