Its been more than 1.5 months now. No sign of my prepaid order. They are running a scam!

To be honest they are scammers please don't order anything. I placed order for some chocolates order id- 217921 on 9th January but abhi tak deliver ni hua h and no tracking details available and wrost costumer service.

100% fraud, never received the order

Totally fraud I paid online on 1st jan got order no.but not tracking I'd ,i message them,but no reply it's been 16 days till now no reply plzz don't order from this app.i ask for refund also but no reply

This website is a complete fraud. I placed an order on 1st January and made
payment online, but till date I have not received the product.

Order status stays “Confirmed” forever. No tracking, no delivery, no response
to emails or support. After waiting more than 10 days, I had to report this
transaction as fraud via UPI and Cyber Crime.

This site takes money and does not deliver products.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I'll eat bowls of sugar before eating this. They sure are cooking something new and it's just a level above lethal poison. Zero response from Customer service and ridiculous period of timings before delivery

they are not sending my order it's been more than 2 months

my order haven't even been dispatched since a month now and yeah no customer support either, i made the payment as well so yeah it definitely is a scam. They are assholes.

My friend ordered stuff from it. It's been 35days. Nothing has been received. No items no tracking number.

No way to contact customer care.

These mf are just horrific order 17 days ago and haven’t got any update about it even after the order is prepaid

I ordered chocolates from DTH and soon i received an email regarding confirmation. But after that not even a single update I have got . I ordered on 8th December and after 2-3 emails they are responding with the same msg that it will take 48-72 hours for dispatch. It was a 225/- rs order and now I think my money is looted ! Very bad ! They are frauds .

I paid Ditch the Guilt over 15 days ago and received absolutely nothing in return — no product, no refund, and no meaningful response. Multiple follow-ups have been completely ignored.

This is extremely unprofessional and feels like customers are simply left in the dark after payment is collected. Holding on to someone’s money without delivering the service or issuing a refund is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others against purchasing from this company until they demonstrate basic accountability and customer support.

Ordered on the website, but it never gets delivered and way to track it. Its whatsapp number also messages doesn't get deliver.

On 17th November 2025, I placed an order for chocolates worth ₹240 through your website ditchtheguilt.com. I received an order confirmation email on the same day, and my Order Number was stated as 149079. It has now been almost four weeks, yet I have not received the items I purchased. Despite sending multiple emails to your only available contactand reaching out through your WhatsApp number, I have not received any response. Now I like to initiate appropriate legal action for what appears to be fraudulent conduct.

Received the order after 1.5 months that too in pathetic condition. Entirely different from the product shown. Ordered ‘Brownies’ and received piece of shi* that I can’t even give to street dogs. They are scammers, still don’t know how their business is not shut yet. Absolutely pathetic experience.

Ordered 2 chocolates on October 30 and didn't recieved the thing till this date, escalated and actually didn't took any action, bad service , don't go for it please, u will lose your money only

I ordered from Ditch The Guilt Chocolate and the experience has been extremely poor. They have not delivered my order even after several days, and despite multiple follow-up emails, there has been no response at all. The customer service is completely unresponsive, and the lack of communication is very frustrating.

Overall, I cannot recommend this brand based on my experience. I hope they improve their service, but as of now, it’s definitely not a good experience.

Never delievered.

Update: it got delivered on Dec 23 after a month. And since there is no response from the team it feels weird and no tracking. Hope this gets resolved in the future
