Very bad product, There is no customer support, they have just given a number and no one responds to it and I received the wrong products from what I had ordered and it took them over 15 days to get the order delivered and on their website it showed within two days and after writing multiple emails to them then only they replied very bad experience and would never ever order from their site again

After registering complaints /comments on facebook atlast day dispatch the order and received after 1.5 months.

The most disgusting chocolate I ever tried, it felt like a torture to eat that. I don't think anyone can make such bad chocolates

20 days just to DISPATCH is not a “slow concept,” it’s extremely poor management. Not delivery. Just the DISPATCH.

This brand took nearly 20 days just to hand my order to the courier. Once Blue Dart picked it up, it moved fast - so clearly the delay was from the brand’s side. No updates. No accountability. Just vibes and excuses.

I initially thought I had accidentally deleted the confirmation email. I contacted them on Instagram and shared all my payment details. The team responded that my order was “being processed” and would be dispatched within 2–3 working days. It took over 20 days and during that time, I received absolutely nothing - no tracking ID, no dispatch notification, no follow-up email, and no response to my latest enquiry on Instagram.

I ordered under a “Get 1 Free Brownie” prepaid offer, placed within the valid time window. Received only 1 instead of 2, after 20 days of delay, and no response on email, WhatsApp or Insta. Very disappointing experience.

My order appeared to be completely unaccounted for which is not acceptable by any standard. A small order amount does not justify complete silence or negligence. I paid for a product, and I expect basic transparent communication about where my order is and why it has been delayed for SO long.

This was my first experience, and it completely destroyed my trust. Y’all had one job.

If you value your time, money, and mental peace, think twice before ordering. Not every brand deserves a comeback.

When the product finally arrived, it did not AT ALL resemble a blueberry brownie in appearance. Given the extremely suspicious look, I did not even consume it for safety reasons.

This experience was mentally exhausting. Delays, missing item, no customer support, and a product that doesn’t match expectations - completely unacceptable.

(Oh and they STILL haven't replied to my mails, my Instagram messages, my WhatsApp messages or even the customer care....BLISS)

They are a fraud company... I ordered on 4th Nov and still haven't received my order and not even a reply to my instagram question... Don't buy from them...

Ditch the guilt is a fraud company, they take orders and do not deliver. No response to whatsapp or email.
There is no customer that you can call.

Do not order anything from this company.

Never received the product. It's a scam.

I received the order after a month, 1 of the chocolates was missing. The ones I had received did not have any filling. Taste was pathetic. I dont even think it is sugarfree chocolate.
They are using fake images to promote and sell their chocolate and other products.
I even tried complaining, I reached out their instagram handle, where they replied promply but did not help. Thumbs down these people are cheat.

Worst service ever, I had ordered 30 chocolates but received only 29, also the flavours are irrelevant and worst quality chocolates, also the freebie for prepaid order was also never provided. Will encourage all my friends and family to never ever buy from Ditch the guilt , I will never order again. Bye. Thanks for the worst service.

I ordered from their site after seeing some tempting ads. I placed my order on 23/09/2025 and made the payment successfully. I received an email confirmation but didn’t get any further updates afterward.

After a couple of weeks, I tried contacting them through email and phone, but both were unreachable. Finally, I received the product today (31/10/2025), and the chocolates look like garbage and taste awful.

They are running a scam. Don’t waste your money or risk your health.

Terrible chocolates! I ordered a variety pack, but they sent the same chocolates in different packaging. Every single one tasted awful. Don’t buy these—even if they’re free! I ended up throwing them all away since they refused to issue a refund, and I couldn’t bring myself to eat them.

It's a scam. Ordered 4 different chocolates from the website and the orders were prepaid. The delivery was shown as 20/10/2025 which was 10-12 days later from my date of order placed. As i did not receive the order on the specified date, upon checking with the delivery partner online which was shadowfox in their case, it suddenly stopped showing any delivery date and there is no customer support or any response on it. It's a huge scam. Infact now I'm unable to believe any online business unless and until they have got physical stores.

I received random non ordered flavours and some things I ordered were missing entirely. The packagin condition is bad. The chocolate images vs the actual chocolate are too different. Its blatantly lying tbh. DO NOT BUY. I got some chocolates that had packaging for a different flavour and white sticker with a different flavour name taped on it. The govt should check on their factory if its so badly managed.

I ordered dubai kunafa chocolate and received a plain chocolate that taste worse than a non branded chocolate also the packaging was very bad don't order from this site they are scammers

Ordered separately for two different products chocolates and brownies on 1st September 2025 order ID -#60478 and #60491 received only chocolates on 22nd September 2025 never received the brownies.
No customer support no replies to the email or whatsapp. NEVER ORDER FROM DITCH THE GUILT AS THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

This is a scam. I have ordered (prepaid) from their instagram ad but it was not delivered till now. It's been more than 3 weeks. This is big fraud company. Do not order anything from them. They didn't respond to the messages on WhatsApp and never got an refund or any update. I hope someone take these bustards to court and make them pay the price for this fraud.
