Its been 24 days since I ordered from them and the item has still not been delivered.

Don’t trust them with your money. Never sent order.

1. They are not responding after I made a prepaid order on their website on October 4th. They are in violation of their own terms and conditions. Their website's terms and conditions clearly states the following:
"Kindly note our processing time once the order is placed is 2 working days to manufacture the order, once the order is manufactured, it is dispatched with a shipping agent and Delivered time is 5 -7 working days, with the delivery time line being 7 working days. once it is dispatched from the factory."
Their Whatsapp Number is not responding (+91 7304343290). Their customer support email ids on their websites are not working, and the emails are returning with a message regarding it not being received. Following are the messages I have received after sending emails to them:
"Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to {email id} because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."
2. Their website constantly features headline offers that gives a deadline for the next day, but the offer keeps extending it's deadline every day to the next day, with a slightly different phrasing each time, effectively deceiving the customer with deceptive urgency.
3. Their google reviews are overwhelmingly negative 1 star reviews in the past month, with other customers stating allegedly receiving products of sub standard quality, allegedly not receiving products after ordering, allegedly getting rude or no response (ghosting) from the customer service etc..

They are just a bunch of scammers. They just take orders and never deliver. I asked them to cancel my orders since I won't be available to receive it but they refused.

They are scammers. I went through a very similar experience — I finally got my money back two months after my order, and only after I shared my story publicly on Instagram and Reddit, where the owner Abhishek Shah actively lurks to control damage and keep his scam running.

There’s no proper customer support or redressal system. You can’t comment on their Instagram posts, and they don’t reply on WhatsApp(their customer support channel). You also can’t leave Google reviews, which tells you everything about how they operate. Meanwhile, they keep running fake “last day” sales and push new ads every day to lure more people in.

If anyone here is from the legal or consumer rights space, please reach out — it’s time we come together to report Abhishek Shah and this company so this calculated scam machine finally stops.

Ditch the Fraud..... I order September 23rd but the item is not deliver at this time. Very fraud company. Pls don't buy anything

Fraudsters! Ordered 4 chocolates recently last month and none of them arrived, no one is responding and my money is gone.

These people are running a scam.. do not order. I have placed an order, paid for it and not received anything. They even do not revert.

I had ordered these Ditch The Guilt – Death by Chocolate (Zero Sugar) bars from the official website about a month ago, and they finally got delivered today. Unfortunately, the experience has been really disappointing. The outer packaging was tampered with and looked like it had already been opened or roughly handled. The condition of the product inside was also very poor — far from what I expected from an online purchase.

For a premium brand that promotes “zero sugar” and “guilt-free” indulgence, I expected at least basic quality control and proper packaging. Very dissatisfied with this purchase and the delay in delivery. Definitely not ordering again unless they improve their shipping and packaging standards.

i also ordered its been month. the company has stopped operation and fraudently running low price to collect money. dont order waste your money you will never receive items

This scam happened with me too. my order no. #89671 never got shipped and their mails are also bouncing. If their founder is seeing this, kindly return my money

I ordered chocolates on 9th September, but I haven’t received the order till now. Now it is showing as order cancelled without any refund of my money. I called them and emailed them three times, but there has been no response. They are literally a fraud company they just take people’s money.

If you can’t fulfill your work, you should shut down your company.

I wish i had read the reviews before placing an order. I have the same issue as everyone here. Placed order, no sign of shipping, no response from the company... Looks like a total shitshow.

Stop scamming people we all need our refunds with a sincere apology.

This company is such a great fuss,they are running the sale on Instagram without having the proper team,they do not provide the tracking details plus their mails are invalid and customer care number doesn't exists.. anyways got the refund but got shook completely in the beginning... Scariest glitches with ditch the guilt.

cover this company called Ditch the Guilt. A so called No Sugar No calories company which is duping lakhs of people around. They have an ongoing sale all the time, which lures people into placing an order. They only have pre-paid facility. No chocolates are delivered. People keep on following up over the nos. And email address mentioned, which non existent. No Order No Refund No answer from them. What should we do and whom should we approach. WARNING - DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF YOU WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY. You will never get the chocolates, nor a refund. No Customer Care Response on phone, WhatsApp or on Email. Beware Friends, we are all victims of DITCH THE GUILT.

I ordered some chocolate bars (order number #49464). They delivered the chocolates 3.5 weeks after I placed the order. During this time no one from support picked up my calls or responded to my WhatsApp messages. Even after the delay, the chocolate bars arrived completely melted with the packaging torn off - making them uneatable. I really don’t understand how they run a business like this — spending on campaigns and promotions but ignoring the actual product and customer support. Disgraceful.

They take the payment and go missing after.
