Very baf experience from this company,after 4 week i didn't get delivery, after contact their insta page they assured it will dispatched with in 1-3 days,but no response after 3 days also

Placed an order on July 29th. Since then I have been trying to contact the business for 7 weeks via the following channels and not received a resolution:

1. Support phone number is always switched off
2. Email response is a standard templated response saying there is an operational breakdown and order will be shipped in 48 hours. This same response is being sent since August 5th
3. Instagram DM - same standard response of shipping within 48 hours, but not actually shipped
4. The company is deleting every single comment about this issue on their instagram posts. Every comment and review is deleted
5. Sent email for refund multiple times but not received any

I placed my order on Aug 9th and now I'm reviewing it on sep 10th, till date I haven't received my order and no response from them.
There has to be less than one star to be given for the experience review.
I don't know whether I got scammed or not but don't buy from any of these websites.

Order confirmed on 1st Sep 2025 and no communication or update yet. Even no one bothering to revert on email also.

I had placed two orders #45235 On 19th August for Rs 890.00 & On 22nd of August #48412 Rs 720.00 total worth Rs 1610. it has been more than 15 days no product or refund is received, I tried contacting them on Mail and customer care Number but there is no response, they have cheated multiple people

I placed a prepaid order on 27th August 2025 through this website. Till today, I have not received my order and there has been no update or communication about the status. Their customer support is completely unresponsive – no reply to emails or messages. This seems to be a fraudulent website that takes money but does not deliver products. Strongly advise others to avoid this site.

I wish i could take away this one star also. Like all other reviews, my pre paid order took 25 days to deliver, was missing two pieces and the rest were in a pathetic condition with torn packaging. Their customer service is a sham. The owners are just running a scam. The taste of the chocolates is mildly acceptable at best. Avoid.

Extremely disappointing experience with Ditch the Guilt. They promise 3-day shipping but took more than a month just to ship my prepaid order. Their WhatsApp chat is completely unresponsive, and customer support is practically nonexistent. When I asked for a refund, they directed me to fill out a form—but after that, no response at all. Feels like a scam. Do not waste your money or time with this brand.

Be careful not to fall into a trap. They are scammers. If you are a first-time buyer with a minimum order, they might deliver your item. However, if you don't meet that requirement, they will confirm your order but never actually deliver it. I recommend trying their customer service number or support email, but I challenge you to find anyone who will answer or respond to your email.

The chocolates were so bad they were inedible. I even felt bad for distributing them to the underprivileged because i felt they would say what kind of chocolates are these?! I am a lover of dark chocolates but these were truly disappointing in taste. The only thing smart about them is the name.

Had placed an order ( no.94576) on 21 July , online prepaid.
Today is 31st July, order is yet to be picked up!
Not even expecting it to be delivered now. Have already wasted money, do not wish to spoil my peace following up with them.
Just writing this so that potential customers are aware of tne scam

Had lost all hope of delivery , but got the pack yesterday.
So it took approximately a month for the chocolates to be delivered!
That a looooong wait for chocolates, not worth!

I placed an order for 8 chocolates from DitchTheGuilt on 22nd July 2025 and made a prepaid payment. Today is 31st July, and I have neither received my order nor received any update or response.

I’ve emailed them three times, but there has been zero response. No tracking details, no clarification – absolutely nothing. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. It clearly seems like they’re scamming people by taking money and not delivering the product.

A company that ignores its customers after taking their money has no credibility. I strongly warn others – do not purchase anything from this website ditchtheguilt.fit. If you care about your money and peace of mind, avoid DitchTheGuilt. This has been a pathetic experience, and I hope no one else has to go through this.

Took money twice. Orders created, got confirmation email. A week later No chocolates shipped, no orders present.

Scammed company. Totally fraud. They take prepaid orders and dnt reply back nor give you your orders.

Ordered 8 brownies.
They delivered only 1/8.
Even the one which delivered was melted.
They promise a quick shipping window on thier website but it took 15 days.
