I was a little skeptical at 1st but when I listened to the song it brought tears to my own eyes. You all did a beautiful, beautiful job. I can't thank you enough. I cant wait to present it to my husband!!

Everything was wonderful

The song is created using AI. The problem is AI has problems pronouncing names correctly. I sent 2 revisions & gave the phonetic pronunciation in a few different ways & it still didn’t get it right. Of course, there’s no actual person to speak to, so that a human being can easily correct it! Never again! Too expensive not to get it done right…Update: I was able to email & got an immediate response! The problem was fixed by a human. Don’t use the edit button that comes with ur song. Instead, email them!

So disappointed. I chose the wrong genre and had paid for edits. Had actually paid aud$300, which is a lot (it said it was aud, but was clearly usd when I ordered). I requested a change of genre and was told that was possible, but have not heard back since! I have emailed numerous times as really needed the final product for a 50th Wedding Anniversay which came & went. Have requested a full refund and have still not had a reply of any kind and it's been another two weeks.
Very very disappointed and can not warn you more to not go ahead and purchase.
A reminder to not get caught up in a moment where you think people are honest.

This has been a terrible experience. I paid $150 for this piece of crap song. I gave Divine Song an abundance of information to make a detailed very personal, song but when I received the song I could tell it was AI written. Some of the information in the song was incorrect and the rest of the lyrics were generic. I reached out to them to let them know that the lyrics were wrong, but I did not receive a response. This was for my 30th Anniversary so as you can imagine I was completely disappointed and very upset that I waisted my hard earned money. Divine Song is a scam, do NOT use them.

This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!! Paid money for a song they promised would be delivered by Father’s Day, that never happened. They send automated emails out stating they will get back to you in 24-48 hours again NOT HAPPENING!!!!!
They are ripping people off .
I unfortunately did not read the 1 star reviews prior to placing and order.
I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY STOPPED COMMUNICATING. I let them know I would be reporting their FRAUDULENT BUSINESS IF I DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM.
I DID REPORT THEM AND THERE IS AN INVESTIGATION GOING ON.
I hope anyone who has been SCAMMED BY DIVINE SONG CONTACT THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND REPORT THERE FRAUDULENTLY ACTIVITY!!!

UPDATE: My money has been refunded through the credit card investigation.
The company was charged for the dispute and contacted me asking me to reverse the dispute because it would cost them additional money if the lost.

The custom song was done quickly and perfectly! Worth every penny! The artist is so talented and the lyrics are perfectly matched to the music. I love this so much!! I’m thinking of doing a song for my bonus children! 😍😍

The song itself was perfect. The problem is two-fold. The customer service if there is an issue. It is horrible. I paid for the karaoke versions, but the song that's on the karaoke versions is not mine, it's someone elses! I sent email after email after online request and cannot get a reply. I also wanted to be able to sign into my account, and the links are invalid. Again, no response and it's been a week on both items when they say they'll respond within 24-48 hours or sooner and they have no phone to contact anyone. Very frustrating!! Emails have been sent numerous times and no replies, updates, or corrections!

I had a song made for my husband as a just because... It came out so much better than I expected. The song was beautiful and we both love it!

This was an amazing gift.I loved everything about it and cried all the was through from beginning to end. I first thought it was more than I could afford. But it is worth every penny. An Amazing tribute even better than i expected!

I paid $203 for my custom song. I was happy with the actual song but you CANNOT download it to your phones. You are only provided a share link you can send out. Contacted support and they said they don’t provide a file that makes it downloadable but said they would like to share it on YouTube!!! What??? You won’t make it for me to download and keep forever but you want to share it with the world. If you decide to get a song I would advise recording it with another phone. My fear is if the company goes under the share link may no longer open and play. Wish I had known it not “really my song”
That’s a lot of money and a special moment only to find out you can’t download any of it.

Second song, 1st purchase was PERFECT right from the get-go (daughter). Second one to Step Dad (Father’s Day) came good, I made 3 edits (1 verse, 1 chorus, 3rd verse)…. Each two word edits, staying with the ryme…. Came back in 24 hours “Freaking PERFECT”, made the song, made the memory, first time seeing tears from this dad. Best Fathers Day ever !!!! Thank you (Again), Devine Song. Worth every penny - two hits , two home runs 🩷.

this production of a song for my husband on Father's day could not have been more perfect. He loves it !!! I love it! the melody, words, how it was perfectly put together. unbelievable wonderful surprise that turned out as good as it did. i recommend this service highly.

I ordered a song for Father’s Day 3 days before. I paid $300 to get it fast and also paid for rewrites to be safe. I got the song pretty fast but it was clearly AI written and they got so much wrong and it wasn’t good at all. Lucky I got rewrites right? No it’s been so slow, the second version was even worse than the first. Then finally you could tell a person actually jumped in and wrote something decent but they only sent me the lyrics not the actual song. So now it’s almost the end of Father’s Day and I don’t have a song, hundreds of dollars out of pocket. It’s only worth doing this if you have weeks in advance to work with. Also you better pay for the rewrites because the first version is likely computer generated and you will need rewrites and they will need time for an actual human to get it right. I’m very sad this didn’t work out as I had high hopes.

I couldn't wait for our anniversary; I had to let him listen the day I received the link. Lennie was so moved, he shared it with our sons and his brother that same day.
Divinesong drew artwork for our song. The the first rendition wasn't "us", so they revised it using a photo from our wedding. That was better, but still "not quite" there.
I decided I wasn't a CD with slightly altered artwork; they had the perfect background within an hour. Now, I love the song and the artwork. We love this perfect way to mark our big milestone!

My Wife surprised me with a song for my first father's day and I was in tears. I love it. Thank you

BEWARE OF THS COMPANY!

I ordered a DivineSong song on IG. My first mistake. DivineSong was offering a Father's Day promotion. I thought it'd be a great gift. Second mistake. I will not have this song by Father's Day. Why offer a Father's Day promotion when there is no possibility of receiving the song by Father's Day?

I did not receive a confirmation for my order. I did not receive an order number. I have emailed DivineSong several times. Each time, I receive the same automated email response:

Hi there, Thank you for reaching out to us! We've received your message and wanted to let you know that a member of our team will be reviewing it shortly. You can expect a personal response within 24 to 48 hours. If your request is time-sensitive, please don't hesitate to reply to this email and let us know — we'll do our best to prioritize it. In summary, I placed an order through DivineSong on Instagram and have received absolutely no order confirmation, receipt, tracking information, or order number. This lack of communication is unacceptable and raises serious concerns regarding the legitimacy of this company. I expected a prompt response with proof of my order and its status. I followed up with proof of charges from my credit card: $99, $89, and $44.99. No reply.

Serious delays from receiving the song. I wasn’t unable to give it to my spouse for Valentine’s Day. Weeks later there were still issues. Poor sound quality. Edits were obvious in song and sounded terrible. Paid for Spotify publishing (only reason I used this company) and over 4 months later… still nothings. Terrible customer service. Takes weeks to respond at times. Karaoke version of the songs were garbage. Poor sound quality, timing was off. While experience has been a joke. Disappointed.
