care and concern to help the process to move swiftly and quickly. I was treated like family. What I did not understand they took the time to ensure that I understood each step. They were extremely Professional, what I did not understand they provided the understanding, knowledge and wisdom to pursue my divorce. Very efficient.

Everything seemed to be okay at first. I tried to answer questions to the best of my ability and didn’t think too hard about my answers because it was advertised that the process allows for one to update their answers before finalizing. While this is true, they failed to mention that it costs an extra $300 to do that. I consider this a hidden fee and lost faith in your company. I canceled my order without expecting a refund; however, I was fully refunded. While that was pleasantly unexpected, it was not enough to curb my disappointment. I’d rather deal with a more honest firm even though they’re more expensive.

There were a lot of duplicate entries instead of having answers carry over from one field to the next, particularly in the case of real estate assets. The need to enter the same data multiple times was inconvenient. Also, despite going through all of the fields and answering the questions, the system still made me go back through everything in a non-sensical way in order to get to the submission process. Other than that, the overall experience was good.

The form was way too long. I there are little or no instructions or guidance.

Response was fast, paperwork was clean and well done.
