Forms that were generated were completely incorrect and would have been rejected by the court. I even paid more for the "faster" service, and it would have taken 3 or more days to fix them. It wasn't worth it. I wasted my money.

The company returned a PDF for notarization and filing, but crucial documents were absent. Additionally, the 40-page PDF required division into 11 filing sections, a detail I discovered only after attempting to file multiple times. My scheduled appointment, took weeks to secure after the original i stayed on the phone waiting on an empty line, was overlooked by the attorney. Ultimately, I ended up paying double the amount an attorney would have charged for the same paperwork.

The application was filled out but there were still grey areas I wish were explained a little more. When I went to file in person there were errors and blank areas that needed to be filled out.

I signed up with the understanding divorce.com would file my paperwork then serve my spouse. They didn't, even though I sent the appropriate money orders, and have told me now they won't file until my spouse signs, except now he has no reason to sign the paperwork in any sort of timely fashion since it wasn't filed through the court.

It is clearly stated that a refund will not be offered if you do not proceed with completing the process or if a spouse refuses to sign the forms as that would not be considered our fault. We only provide refunds in the event that the forms are rejected by the court because it is our fault. now mind you I have the serivce In grade school I learn never to say the following words. Always, never, or only They only respond to BBB complaints and trust pilot and a chargeback was the only way. I waited three days with no response from the specialist. Someone from Divorce.com show me where it clearly states there is ONLY one reason. You denied my file and didnt want to refund. Did the specialist have cancellation issues with there Key Performance indicators to where she couldnt give a refund. Avoid companies that bully. I recieved the money through the chargeback process.... NOT a refund base on policy

This company is incompetent! Cannot even complete a simple divorce without children or assets to dispute. Would only speak to my future ex husband even though I am on all the paperwork which they rejected 3 times, the last for missing a footer on documents that would not print appropriately. Tried to charge an additional $79 to resend. Would NOT recommend.

Be very careful of their refund policy. If you answer just one question on their forms you can only get half your money back within the first 30 days. I think this is a terrible policy becuase you are essentially charged 50% for seeing if you will even like their service. For this reason I don't recommend them.

Could have a lot better directions with the forms that come in the mail. A lot more clearer speaking English people in customer service would be excellent also. What good is calling to get help when you don't know what they're saying??? This is a lot of money for what you get and in the end you get to figure out how to file it in court on your own
