I am, obviously, getting a divorce in Texas. I used this site to save hordes of money instead of giving it to lawyers. We had property, debt, and investments to divide. The process for all of this was complicated. The courts demand such specific verbiage that it makes the process a headache. The researchers alone….
Which is where Karina comes in. She was my case manager and was the only bright spot in an otherwise heartless and tedious endeavor. She was patient, kind, accommodating, friendly, prompt, helpful, knowledgeable, and did I say patient? The site itself is fine, and offers helpful links with discounted rates for Higgs like the QSRO’s, quitclaim deeds, etc. But my rating here is based solely on Karina. She got my 5 stars. and I can’t thank her enough. Hopefully I never have to go through this again. But, if I do, I’m going straight back to Karina

I gave two stars for the ease of getting the process started, but this should have been a quickie divorce and now it's delayed.
I was desperate to get a divorce before No Fault is no longer legal in the US but you should learn from my mistake: shop around.
First it's way overpriced, I knew it when I signed up but was unable to get an in person attorney to meet with me bc my spouse and I have no shared property, assets or children so no one was going to make money on this divorce.
Secondly, communication is limited to chat or email, if you need to speak to someone you have submit an request for a phone call then someone in another country will call you at some undetermined point in the future from some random number.
Thirdly, I moved shortly after beginning the process. I went on the website the day that I moved and updated my address thinking that would be enough to get my address updated on my paperwork, I was wrong, so due to a number of obscure issues I didn't get my final papers. Basically, I moved unexpectedly and suddenly, the post office never processed my forwarding information after multiple attempts and apparently you need to contact your divorce.com caseworker (via email) to update your address. Unfortunately, when I went on the website and updated my address there is no information that tells you this (no pop up window or follow up email.) It also doesn't inform you that you will need to update your new address in 3 different places on the website. I figured I had plenty of time for my new address to be updated on their end (I changed my address on February 15 and my papers arrived at the old address on March 31).
This is not a huge deal for me (yet) but it is terribly inconvenient especially for a company whose claim is their convenience. So now I have to wait for the caseworker to email me the paperwork (if they can) and if not they will email information for other options to get my paperwork.

The website is very easy to navigate, and was straightforward. While filing out my forms, everything was explained and detailed. My case manager kept constant communication throughout and walked me through the process.

Getting married was easier than deciding to get a divorce but once I called Divorce.com I knew I would have unlimited support at any hour of the day. The representatives assured me that they would help me thru the process until the divorce finalization. Every phone call and email especially from Tamara, was sent with unconditional support and compassion. I even called them when I was at court house submitting my paperwork. I treated Divorce.com as if they were my round the clock 24/7 therapist team! I'm so grateful to all of you for supporting me thru my biggest life challenge!

Divorce is not only stressful but also embarrassing to say the least. Plus going through it makes you feel like a child when you call to ask stupid questions. The customer service people here are absolutely AWESOME. They are always patient, listen and answer your questions. Plus they check your paperwork and guide you through the process. I highly recommend!!!

We just started the process. The documents had only pre determined answers with a drop down menu. We needed to specify details under a section. I called to ask how to do it. It needs to be done manually by divorce.com. They promptly sent me an email to get the details. I sent the info so hopefully it will get done quickly so we can proceed.
So far, I’m happy with working with them.
