Divourdiamonds Avis

We have brought 2 items from this company which have both been stunning and exceeded our expectations. The communications and ordering process has been excellent, with next day delivery. The prices are very competitive. I can highly recommend Divour Diamonds to all.

I spent time in the store selecting the item. I was then told a price where I could pay the deposit by card over the phone and the rest in cash when I picked up the item. I emailed and then called to pay the deposit and was then told that I had to come into the store to pay in cash. What a scam. They lure you in and then change the terms that they stated upfront. What a total waste of time! Highly recommend against

Amazing experience and beautiful rings. Felt very supported throughout our journey of picking our engagement ring. Would definitely be back to get our wedding rings.

First class customer service and stunning quality.
I had a wonderful experience with Divour Diamonds. I initially ordered a pair of earrings that arrived the very next day. While lovely they were a bit too small for what I wanted, so I called the company. The gentleman I spoke with was incredibly helpful- he recommended a larger, more suitable pair and sent me the link right away.
I ordered the new pair and sent the original ones back. The new earrings arrived the next day and are absolutely stunning! They even came in a special presentation box with a light that makes them glisten beautifully. To top it off, my return was also delivered the next day and my refund was processed immediately. Fast shipping, effortless returns and top tier service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

I am absolutely delighted with my diamond tennis bracelet. It's beautiful, excellent quality, and looks even better than I expected.

I was also really impressed with the customer service. There was an issue with the delivery address, which was completely my error, but the team contacted me straight away to check the details and then dispatched the bracelet promptly once everything was confirmed.

The whole experience was smooth and professional, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I would happily buy from them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Beautiful earrings, arrived very quickly, recommended!

I can’t praise Divour Diamonds enough.
Custom made ring was perfect and catered for my every need.
The staff were so flexible and provided a first class customer service. I will be using them again for my wife’s new wedding band.

I went to Hatton garden to buy an engagement ring after doing my homework on a few shops there and picking the 1s I’d like to visit that could cater for me…however as soon as I got there that all went out the window and I became very confused as to what I wanted, wandering aimlessly looking in windows. I stopped by Divour Diamonds and a gentleman named Aashay (name on the card I was given) was the only person to come out to me and ask if I was ok. We went inside and he asked me what I was looking for so explained to him, he brought out a few rings similar to what I explained, I told him my worries about the design I had in mind and was reassured by him straight away that even after I’d proposed if I wanted to make changes it could easily be done and at a fair price.

I chose Divour Diamonds simply on the fact that that man was the only 1 that came out to me and asked if I needed help when I was obviously struggling which straight away tells me they have great customer service.

It was a great choice in the end as the ring I purchased was beautiful! And beautifully presented in a box with a light that shines on the ring when opened! They helped me choose what kind of diamond, ring type, how many carats etc…can not fault the customer service it was excellent and so was the price!

Excellent service and well priced. Would definately use again, thank you.

We bought our engagement ring and wedding bands here and it was an absolutely amazing experience

We are lucky to be able to have a last minute appointment with Nilesh at Divour Diamond and the care they provided, the advice as well as the competitive pricing compelled us to go ahead.

We were updated throughout the process, and were able to customise the rings the way we desired

We would definitely recommend Divour and are really happy. We will be going back to get our rings engraved, and happy to hear they also offer polishing service also.
So surprised we didn’t hear about them sooner!

Great experience at Divour Diamonds. Our wedding rings are perfect!

Great service from Divour Diamonds. We both love the engagement ring we designed and the team were very knowledgeable and helpful! An extra special thank you for working and getting the ring made in a short turnaround!

Diamond earrings promptly received with certificate. Lives by recipient

Good company to do business with. Good prices and quality products. Always helpful and flexible in their approach. Second time of purchasing from them and would do so again. Thanks.

I purchased a white gold diamond ( not lab grown) tennis bracelet for my daughter’s wedding day gift. The staff were incredibly helpful and all done online. The bracelet arrived on due date, as advised by the company and is just beautiful. I admit , as an older person that I was hesitant about purchasing such an item online. But, I have been pleasantly surprised and I would definitely recommend Divour Diamonds to friends and family. Great company and staff.

Brought several pieces of jewellery including a tennis bracelet from Divour had all 3 items made to a fantastic finish at a great price.
Great service and a was kept updated by Divour at all times.
Would certainly recommend and buy from again.

Fantastic customer service and competitive price. My ring took a little longer than I’d hoped, but communication was excellent and I’m so happy with it! It was definitely worth the wait!

We came across Divour in Hatton Garden when looking to buy an eternity ring. They were incredibly helpful and patient, taking us through different designs and talking through options. We eventually chose a 1.5 carat natural diamond design. The price was also good value. The final ring is stunning and of beautiful quality. Would highly recommend.
