Everything was great, from start to finish. Great customer support and product. This is the second time I use Diamond Heaven, and will use again.

We are very impressed with the newly opened Diamond Heaven in Nottingham, from the moment we were let in (door buzzer for controlled access). While clearly a security measure- it added to the authenticity of our experience. Store (and staff!) presented as sleek and sophisticated.

We were greeted by Tyrone (immaculately turned out!) who used empathy, experience and attention to detail, to smoothly guide us to what we wanted. With Tyrones invaluable help, we picked our design in the store and then went away to hand pick our GIA certified diamond. Tyrone very quickly provided a quote, helped us procure the stone (and has been very patient answering my many questions). We eagerly await the final piece. Thank you, Tyrone, and staff at Diamond Heaven Nottingham 😊.

Just to add we went to a number of stores in Nottingham that day. While staff everywhere were friendly (with one even providing a celebratory glass of bubbles) our overall experience and confidence wasn't even closely matched elsewhere.

£8,000+ engagement ring – diamond loose twice and returned from repair damaged

Extremely disappointed with both the quality of my engagement ring and the aftercare from Diamond Heaven.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Diamond Heaven and I received it in June. The ring is valued at over £8,000 and was a significant purchase.

Before buying it, my fiancé specifically asked whether the four-prong setting was suitable and sufficiently secure for a diamond of this size. Diamond Heaven assured him that it was.

When the ring first arrived, the diamond seemed to have a very slight amount of movement. At the time I wasn’t sure whether this was normal. Within a couple of weeks, however, the diamond had become very noticeably loose. After looking into it, I established that this wasn’t normal and was advised to stop wearing the ring because of the risk of losing the stone.

The ring was therefore returned to Diamond Heaven for repair.

They had it for a considerable amount of time. When it was eventually returned, we could see immediately upon opening it that the setting had been physically damaged.

One side was visibly bent/misshapen and the metal on the other side was dented and uneven.

This damage was not discovered after I had started wearing the ring again. It was present when the ring arrived back from Diamond Heaven. We photographed it and notified them immediately, before I wore it again.

Despite providing photographs, we felt the actual damage was brushed aside and had to contact them again specifically asking them to address it.

To make matters worse, the diamond subsequently became loose for a second time.

The ring has now been returned to Diamond Heaven again and their workshop has apparently assessed it as having “heavy scratches from day-to-day wear” and offered to tighten the diamond at no charge.

This completely fails to address the physical damage to the setting that we photographed and reported immediately after their first repair.

The reference to “heavy scratches from day-to-day wear” is also extremely frustrating. Despite receiving the ring in June, it has been worn for less than 30 days collectively. I don’t wear it to bed, I look after it carefully, and it has spent a substantial amount of time away being repaired.

And if “day-to-day wear” is also being suggested as an explanation for the diamond becoming loose, that raises an even bigger concern.

It is an engagement ring. I intend to wear it day to day.

The diamond appeared to have movement when the ring first arrived, became very loose within weeks, was repaired, and has subsequently become loose again – all with less than 30 days of total wear.

That is particularly unacceptable when my fiancé specifically questioned the security of the four-prong setting before spending thousands of pounds on the ring and was assured by Diamond Heaven that it was suitable for a diamond of this size.

Had he been advised otherwise, he could have chosen a different setting.

Instead, after only a few months of ownership and less than a month of actual wear, the diamond has been loose twice, the ring has spent a significant amount of time away for repair, and Diamond Heaven returned it to us with a visibly damaged setting.

For a ring valued at over £8,000, I expected significantly better quality control and aftercare.

Unfortunately, based on our experience, I could not recommend Diamond Heaven.

We had a lovely experience , we had a little hiccup but Jacob was fantastic and sorted everything out for us. The engagement ring is stunning very good quality . I would recommend to anyone its the personal touch that you can have what you want not the normal standard at much more reasonable prices than high street stores

My ring didn’t arrive on time as promised by Jacob. I was advised after chasing that it was delayed due to warehouse location change. This was disappointing that I had to chase and wasn’t contacted by the staff about this to advise. The delay was over three weeks from promised arrival, so this took the excitement slightly away when I collected it.

Excellent service on a custom made item, great communication from initial discussion to CAD design to collection.
Will recommend and also use again

We purchased my wife's eternity ring for a special birthday from the branch in Norwich. The service from the staff was great, they were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and certainly not pushy. Jo took us through our options and helped us find the perfect ring. Although we had to wait 4 weeks for it to be made the communication was great throughout. My wife is very pleased with the purchase and we would certainly recommend Diamond Heaven.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. We received our items today and we are in awe. Our jewelleries are magnificent but the service we got at the store and online from Gene was the best. We visited few diamond store in Hatton garden the day we visited Diamond Heaven and although the diamonds everyone was selling was broadly the same and similar prices, it was your hospitality and service that made us return to Diamond Heaven. You made us feel so welcomed and valued. Thank you so much for making our visit so pleasant and being so patient with us throughout the journey.

Gene from Diamond Heaven has made the entire ring design process smooth and stress-free. From the initial consultation through to final delivery, he was consistently attentive and genuinely knowledgeable about every step.

What impressed me most was his educational approach. As someone who doesn't know much, he explained the design decisions, timelines, and quality assurances without being pushy.(Which is why I ultimately went for Diamond heaven in a street that's full of diamond stores)

He kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was collected promptly
