A good experience

I honestly couldn’t recommend Lin at Diamond Heaven Newcastle enough. From the very beginning, she was absolutely amazing and made what was such an important purchase for me feel incredibly personal and special.
I was quite particular about exactly what I wanted for my fiancée’s engagement ring, from choosing the centre diamond to all of the details of the setting, and Lin was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me updated and genuinely seemed to care about getting everything exactly right for me.

Lin went above and beyond to get everything sorted and made sure I ended up with a diamond and ring that I was completely happy with. I really appreciated how much effort she put into everything, particularly towards the end when she kept me updated with photos and videos and made sure the ring was ready in time for my proposal.

The finished ring is absolutely stunning and genuinely exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loves it.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lin and Diamond Heaven Newcastle to anyone looking for an engagement ring.

Really great experience, especially dealing with Hannah. We did everything via WhatsApp and got what I expected at a fair price.

We recently purchase an engagement ring and couldn’t be happier with the service. Jacob was excellent, very knowledgeable with no hard sell. We got to see different diamonds making it so much easier to pick what we wanted, but seeing the ring for the first time really exceed expectations. We will definitely be back to pick more pieces from Jacob in Southampton.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from the Glasgow store and was assisted by Brooke, I needed a ring in a short space of time ( yes typical man I left it last minute) Brooke managed to find the ring I wanted in another store and set about having it shipped to Glasgow and re sized. Brooke also gave me quick replies to my emails when I needed updates. personal thank you to Brooke for making the process fast and easy during an understandable nervous time for me.

We had the most amazing experience, and we honestly couldn’t recommend Grace enough! From the moment we walked in, she was so lovely, welcoming and incredibly helpful. She gave us such amazing service without making us feel pressured in any way.

Grace explained everything about the rings in so much detail and was so patient with us throughout the whole process. What really stood out was how genuinely relaxed she made the experience feel she even told us to go and get a coffee and come back, which made it feel like so much more than just a sale. There was absolutely zero pressure to choose a ring, and we felt completely comfortable taking our time.

We had visited another jeweller before this and didn’t receive anywhere near the same level of service or have anywhere near the variety of rings to choose from. I had a vision of what I wanted for my engagement ring, and Grace completely exceeded my expectations. She helped make the whole experience so special, and I ended up with my absolute dream engagement ring! 💍✨
