Charlie was great and really helpful and my ring came quickly and is lovely. Only issue we had is that the diamond certificate wasn’t with the other documents when we were told it would be provided so they are chasing that and we are waiting to collect it

Catriona listened to my design idea and helped provide excellent advice. The final product looks incredible and my fiancee and I couldn’t be happier.

Diamond Heaven were brilliant the whole time from purchasing to collecting my partners engagement ring. She absolutely loves the ring so cant thank the girls in store enough.

The lady in the shop that served us was knowledgeable about the purchase, helpful, smiling and also informed me that my current ring size is too big for my rings. I have lost weight in the last few years but I managed to go down to 3 ring sizes smaller than my original wedding band and engagement ring. She could see that they were very loose.

Fantastic Experience! I came in earlier in the year with a tight deadline before travelling overseas and Khushi worked her magic to arrange everything for me. Not only did she fast track the setting process, she also managed to fine something beyond what I expected for my budget. The service, staff and products of Diamond Heaven are brilliant. Having book an appointment in advance online, after finding a ring that I wanted to view, I spent roughly an hour with Esther (at the London store) who really made the whole experience great. Esther provided exactly what I was looking for in terms of a selection of jewelry including the exact item I had originally been interested in. The place has a great, friendly and comfortable vibe. Esther complemented this with a vast knowledge of the products and a thoughtful approach to making sure that you get exactly what you are looking for. Cannot thank them enough and I highly recommend. I’ve always wanted the ‘Miracle on 34TH Street ‘ ring (if you know -you know …and Kelly knew !) Sipping champagne and made to feel more than welcome we found the perfect ring in that style . The quality of the lab diamond ring is stunning ( my first lab grown diamond -upgrading from a mined diamond to go larger and it’s even more beautiful than my mined diamond that was so much more expensive !) We used Diamond heaven for our engagement ring and wedding rings.
We used the online service to order our bespoke engagement ring on the 5th July 2026, that’s when I first emailed. An advisor got back to me straight away and was very helpful sending the images of something similar to give us an idea and getting the order placed. We asked about what if it doesn’t fit as we used a ring sizer ordered off Amazon, they said not to worry, they will resize it if needed, no mention of a charge.
We were quoted 4 weeks, we tried email contact to keep a check of the ring as we had spent a couple of thousand on it, and no response, we tried contact via social media PMs as well as we weren’t getting any response from the emails to the address that was very responsive when we were looking to place an order. At week 5, the ring was sent via DPD, which required a code, although I was working my mum was home but I was not available to read the code and send to mum as I can’t have my phone out whilst in clinic.
So, on my break, I watched my ring camera to see my ring arrive, and then leave again because my mum didn’t have the code. Which to be fair was not the stores fault. It then said it was being returned to Diamond Heaven, I kept emailing with no response. After a week I found the phone number, called and they said they had just received it that day and would send it back out via Royal mail and we received it promptly a couple of days later.
Unfortunately, the ring was too big. We needed to choose our wedding rings so we booked an appointment at their Guildford store, despite the online service the ring was fantastic quality and absolutely beautiful.
Our appointment in their Guildford branch was the polar opposite, it was a private 1 hour appointment, and the lady spent a lot of time explaining the different designs and metals and helped us choose the perfect wedding rings. She also measured our sizes and said they would send the engagement ring back for resizing. The wedding rings would take 6-8 weeks.
After a few days of leaving my beautiful engagement ring with them I had an email saying further information was required, which I sent. Then I had a phone call from the returns department saying it would cost £70 to be resized and take another 4-6 weeks. Now we didn’t mind paying the extra if we were advised of this, however, through the entire journey this was not mentioned, and we had an engagement shoot booked, so to be fair they waived the costs and the ring was back and fitting perfectly within 2 weeks.
The wedding rings arrived earlier than the quoted time.
So would we use Diamond Heaven again? Yes we would, their jewellery is outstanding, their instore service is fantastic and their phone assistance is brilliant and efficient. I would never place an online order again, the service is this department is terrible.
But end of the day, we are very happy with our purchases

Very happy with the service provided by Diamond Heaven. Rep who dealt with me was extremely kind and helpful and provided an excellent level of service, keeping in regular touch about how long it would be before my purchase was ready to be picked up. I was extremely happy with the quality of the ring that I bought for my partner. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy from them.
