Great experience with Diamond Heaven

I was struggling to find a 60th for my long suffering wife, having left it too late again but Grace at Diamond Heaven in Leeds was fantastic and in time for the big day (with less than 18hrs to spare) the diamond eternity ring arrived and was the perfect way to say thank you. The price was excellent, the product superb and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Many thanks.

Very good service. Design is just as I expected.

Bought a ring at the Chelmsford store from Riley he quoted me a price and said, ‘I can do a deal for today only! And my boss won’t be happy!’ The old sales spill! Anyway he priced up several rings which he clearly over inflated the one I bought said it was £850 but would sell for £650 he eventually went down to £600! I went home looked online as the store has no WiFi and found an identical ring (exactly the same spec) advertised for £500! I am beyond angry as being taking advantage of for not being a regular jewellery purchaser. I emailed the the store and had no reply! I at least want £100 refund to match the online price it’s the same metal same diamonds and same size ring!! Beware !

Mel was fantastic. Helped me pick the right setting for the Diamond I wanted. Helped make sure it arrived on time.

Experience start to finish was great. They kept in touch with me regarding any updates and lead times. Always replied back to my emails straight away. Will recommend to friends and family! Keep up the amazing work guys! The finished product looked amazing. The wife was really happy with it too.

Really happy with my experience at Diamond Heaven Birmingham! A massive thank you to Stuti D. for helping me find exactly the engagement ring I wanted. She has such a bubbly personality, really knows what she’s doing and made the whole experience much easier than I imagined, especially as it was my first time shopping for an engagement ring.

She explained everything really well and helped me understand things about diamonds that I honestly knew very little about beforehand. After taking on board what she had explained and doing my own research, everything became much clearer and she was spot on with everything she had told me.

Everyone else in the store was also very attentive and welcoming, and the store itself had a lovely calm atmosphere with everything beautifully presented.

Most importantly, the ring looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier with it!

I recently ordered a ring from the London store and collected it from Birmingham branch. Khushi was extremely professional and helpful throughout the process and even followed up to check i was happy with the ring. The lady in the Birmingham branch was also very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend Diamond Heaven and hopefully I will be back to purchase again.
