We had the most amazing experience, and we honestly couldn’t recommend Grace enough! From the moment we walked in, she was so lovely, welcoming and incredibly helpful. She gave us such amazing service without making us feel pressured in any way.

Grace explained everything about the rings in so much detail and was so patient with us throughout the whole process. What really stood out was how genuinely relaxed she made the experience feel she even told us to go and get a coffee and come back, which made it feel like so much more than just a sale. There was absolutely zero pressure to choose a ring, and we felt completely comfortable taking our time.

We had visited another jeweller before this and didn’t receive anywhere near the same level of service or have anywhere near the variety of rings to choose from. I had a vision of what I wanted for my engagement ring, and Grace completely exceeded my expectations. She helped make the whole experience so special, and I ended up with my absolute dream engagement ring! 💍✨

Buying an engagement ring for my partner was one of the most important occasions in my life and so I wanted to get it right … I contacted a few companies , but I have to say as soon as I spoke to Esther on the phone , I knew that I would be well looked after , Esther has been fantastic through the whole process, I had to guess the ring size as the proposal was a surprise, I was on holiday when the warranty to resize the ring would have e expired and with out even asking Esther amended this and extended it so I could resize on my return …. I returned yesterday and we have an appointment first thing this Saturday ! Outstanding customer service ! I would 100% recommend diamond heaven and if your lucky enough to get Esther as your advisor then even better

I had a fantastic experience with Krishna at Diamond Heaven. I was in an emergency situation and needed a ring sourced and delivered within a day, and Krishna went above and beyond to make that happen.

When I visited the store to collect the piece, she was incredibly pleasant, helpful and professional. She took great care of me throughout the whole process and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel straightforward and easy. The level of service I received was excellent, and I really appreciated how accommodating and attentive she was.
