It is refreshing to find a company as good as this.
I found their website by chance and glad that I did. I wanted to refresh my utility room with new doors and put in an extra set of cupboards to fit an awkward space. I ordered a number of carcasses, carcass panels, doors, door end- panels, hinges and handles. Wendy called me back to check on the order to make sure I had everything right and provide some useful advice. I expected delivery to take several weeks, but I received the items in less than two weeks. Communications about the delivery were excellent and delivery was made when they said it would be. The carcasses and the doors are of excellent quality - as good as the German kitchen units I have. It is refreshing to find a company as good as this. Well done to the DIY Homefit team.

What a wonderful experience
What a wonderful experience. We did not expect the cabinets to be made up. Everything was well protected.
Could not fault the Company from first ordering and them putting us right over certain items. Our kitchen looks a million dollars, pity I'm not able to take photos to show you results. This is a Company you can really trust.

Prompt delivery - great product
The product was delivered ahead of schedule and (despite warnings) was quick and easy to asssemble. The lack of pre-drilled fixings allowed flexibility and the finished product was both sturdy and good looking.

Very Satisfactory Experience
I ordered a custom sized wall mounted kitchen cabinet to replace an existing one that had become damaged. A precise fit into an existing space was critical. I carefully measured the existing cabinet and sent over to diyhomefit. I received the custom sized cabinet, including new doors in just over a week. Everything fitted perfectly and the product was engineered to a high standard. The website and ordering process was easy to navigate and I received regular updates and order progress. Overall this proved to be a very satisfactory experience and have no hesitation in recommending this company. I shall certainly have no hesitation using again if the need arises.

Good product, well packaged and good lead time for manufacture and delivery, only criticism is the doors had a slight bow to them, but I think this was down to the courier who ok obviously didn't take notice of the labels of how to transport the product.

I'm delighted to hear you found our products were delivered in an acceptable 'good' lead time and that they were packaged well to withstand the impacts sometimes dished out by couriers. However, as you experienced with such tall doors occasionally couriers will ignore the labels and stack or tie them in a way that results in a slight bow. Thankfully however, the doors usually normalise when laid flat at room temperature for a few days with no permanent damage.

The ordering and delivery system worked…
The ordering and delivery system worked really well. The doors and drawer fronts are what we hoped for and enhance the kitchen. I'm told that the units are guaranteed for 6 years which is comforting to know in case we need to replace any.

Great design support, short leadtime & excellent product
Wendy was a fantastic support as we designed our homeoffice both in the showroom, via email and on the phone. The leadtimes were brilliant, with everything manufactured and delivered in 2 weeks and this was in the run up to Christmas, and the small issue we had with a door manufacturing fault was immediately resolved and still fixed before Christmas. Excellent value for money and a great allround experience.

Unfortunately, as virtually all of our carcasses are supplied assembled ie not flatpack we can't trust outside couriers to deliver for us due to their lack of care. Consequently all our carcass products are delivered to you by factory personnel, directly from the factory. Our standard carcass delivery charge is per drop and for any number of carcasses. Unfortunately as you only required one base unit the charge may have appeared to be disproportionate. However, had you ordered, for example 10 carcasses, the delivery charge would have remained the same.
It was our pleasure to be of service to you and we look forward to hearing from you again in the future should the opportunity present itself.
