I couldn't have had an easier or more pleasurable experience. DIY Spare Parts not only located a difficult-to-find lawnmower blade without any fuss; they made buying it incredibly simple - just a couple of clicks. Throughout, I was helped by one person, and treated as a valued customer from the start. A late alteration to my order was handled quickly and efficiently. Wow. What a change from some websites that shall be nameless!

On my first purchase I ordered the wrong part. Their support was impeccable, fast, friendly and informative. We cleared up what part was actually required and the wrong one was refunded. Excellent service.
The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 is the catalog, albeit very well setup, can nonetheless be misleading. In my case, I ordered the wrong part because the STIHL schematics were confusing. So be extra careful when ordering and lacking 100% confidence ask them for help.

Excellent response to an old order which couldn't be satisfied due to Covid.
Jon persevered and I have the item now.
Money back and forth, but I will definitely buy my mower bits from them in future.
What impressed me was Jons perseverance. He didn't just drop the order.

Stihl backpack blower parts
Ordered parts online for delivery to Australia and received immediate response on availability and shipping. Shipping costs to Australia were high but competitive with other sources. Goods arrived in 15 days in great condition and as ordered. Communication from DIY Spare Parts was timely and informative throughout this process.

Honda Parts for old lawnmower
Ordered parts for our Honda lawn mower which is 10 + years old. Assisted by Jon who was unsure if the parts were still available. He kept me updated throughout and was successful in supplying the parts required. Lawnmower up and running. Would recommend and use this company again.

Great service
Took a while (5 weeks) to get part but was aware from local dealer that parts from Italian manufacturer Oleo Mac were being delayed by up to 9 months. Was emailed in the interim and told DIYSpareParts were looking for the part, arrived 3 weeks later, brilliant service and will use again.

This is my first time using this organisation and what a pleasure it has been.
The parts for my hedge trimmer were identified and sent very efficiently with the help of Jon. I was also looking for parts for an old MTD mower, and again Jon was excellent in helping to contact MTD to see if the parts were still available - unfortunately they weren't.
I would definitely recommend this company and will definitely be using them again for future spares.

Could not get a Stihl Chainsaw part (trigger) from Stihl NZ. Ordered a few weeks ago. Notification of dispatch next business day from UK. Just arrived in NZ. Fitted perfectly in a few minutes and now have a working chainsaw again. Great service to the other side of the world and will definitely use them again. Highly recommended
