DIY Wall Panelling Avis 

Placed an order. When it arrived it looks like it been painted with a catapult, has runs, drips and raised spots as if it’s had dirt on it and just been painted over.
Addition to this one of the panels is warped and has a section broken off.
I have sent several emails to the company to try and rectify this issue and have received nothing but radio silence from them.
Poor product. Even Worse customer service. Would not recommend using them.

3 weeks since I ordered. No confirmation, no contact, no delivery. Despite emailing and phoning, contact through instagram and Facebook remain unread.

Can’t help but think this is a scam.

After the small mistake of despatching my order too early to a location I hadn't yet arrived at, (we are working on a property away from home) I decided to change the redelivery address back to home, so my parcel then got a bit lost in transit with DX. I have to say both DX and DIY wall panelling were amazing at sorting all this out. I have had regular updates and the parcel has just arrived, still in one piece. Thank you to both DIY wall panelling and DX.

Placed an order on the 5th September. No delivery date, no one is answering a phone or answering an email. Disgraceful service.
So, within 10 mins of my above review they emailed me to say my order was cancelled and I would be refunded. So I waited for no reason and now let’s see if I actually receive my money back!

Reply to company, my review clearly states that it was 5th of September. Most companies give you a date or estimated date at the time of ordering. Your company, nothing! I sent you messages every couple of days stating that I do not mind waiting I just wanted a date so I know what I was working with.
Not a single email or phone call answered. So take your gaslighting somewhere else

Placed an order for wall panelling three weeks ago and yet to receive any indication or timeframes for when my order will be dispatched.

I've emailed and tried to contact the company multiple times with no response to either. Starting to wonder if I will actually receive anything or not.

Initially poor delivery and incomplete. Poor response to e mail query’s.
Tom sorted out the incomplete delivery but the quality and design on the late to arrive dado was disappointing to say the least.
My other rooms panelling will not be DIY Panelling.

Good Product at a reasonable price. We did have a problem with one of the couriers, but customer service was excellent, very responsive and sorted the matter out really quickly. Would definitely use again.

Still haven’t received my product

Second order placed and specifically asked for it to be sent asap. This was completely ignored and an email sent that was verbatim the same as the first order saying that if you wanted an order expedited to ask - well I did and they didn't.
Really poor.

Website looks great and product is as ordered. But delivery took a long time (several weeks). Ordered on 17th August and delivered on 8th September. It wasn’t made clear that I would wait 3 weeks when I ordered. When I called up I did speak to a helpful lady (Angie) but wasn't given a specific delivery day or time and explained that they are made to order, but just a note about this at the point of ordering would be helpful. Disappointing to have to chase up the order.

After placing my order I needed to rearrange the delivery date with DX.
Spoke with Angie from DIY Wall Panelling who was absolutely fantastic and arranged a new del date.
I rang Angie today to confirm the panels had arrived. They look really good and can't wait to put them up
Both times I have spoke with Angie who was so lovely and helpful.
A credit to the Company and I would not hesitate in recommending DIY wall Panelling Ltd.

We ordered some panelling and needed it much sooner than the usual timeframe. After giving them a call, they were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate us, managing to get the items sent out within the same week.

Terrible service and communication.
I ordered panelling 2 and a half weeks ago and no communication of when this is getting delivered. Emailed twice and tried to phone multiple times with no response.

Placed my order on 12th Aug. 2026 and apart from getting confirmation of receipt I haven't heard anything else.

I havent recieved my order, ive emailed multiple times with no response, its been like 3 weeks since my order. Ive asked for a refund with no response. Ill have to do a charge back with my bank
