Ekart Update : Mens Dailywear Casual Shoes... with tracking ID OIPC0017171402 from My Own Shop, will be delivered today before 9pm (call 09708023000, PIN 106).I want to return a shoe they sent me wrong size and now they aren't even responding to my texts don't start a business if you want to earn easy money by scamming someone i collected my money to buy this shoe and it didn't even come as it looked in the photo and also in wrong size These are fake reviews I will never trust site like this again I'm so disappointed so shameful y'all.. well y'all won't even feel shame cause you are getting free money by not giving people the products they want they aren't even responding to my mails

Horrible experience with Dizzykart.

Hi Team,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order experience with your e-commerce portal Dizzykart. Extremely pathetic service. No clue where they are based. or their warehouse or the vendor n No contact number flashing to reach out to customer.

On 7th April, I placed an order for a pair through your platform, order number DD0007552. However, to my utter dismay, upon opening the package, I discovered that the item delivered does not remotely resemble the product I had ordered. Instead of receiving the, I received a completely different and unacceptable.

This is not only an egregious error on your part but also a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The inconvenience and frustration caused by this mistake are beyond measure. Not only have I wasted my time and money on an incorrect item, but I am also left without the product I originally intended to purchase.

The lack of attention to detail and quality control in your fulfillment process is utterly unacceptable. As a customer, I expect and deserve to receive the product I have paid for, not a random substitution that does not meet my requirements or expectations.

I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect you to expedite the process of arranging for the return of the incorrect item and ensuring the prompt delivery of the correct product as per my original order.
Any delays or further inconvenience will only exacerbate my disappointment and dissatisfaction with your service.

Customer trust and satisfaction should be paramount in your operations, and this incident has severely undermined my confidence in your company and in their case, it looks like no attention being given to these aspect. They are acting like fraud, as fraud companies do. Skeptic, doubtful, careless, no worries attitude.

I expect a prompt response from your end detailing the steps you will take to address this matter and provide a satisfactory resolution. Failure to do so will compel me to escalate this issue further and explore alternative avenues for recourse.

I trust that you will take this matter seriously and act swiftly to rectify the situation. I eagerly await your immediate action and resolution of refund.

I have written to the company with both images attached on your support ID. Its been 2 days and its been 5 days since order was placed.

The experience was so bad

The experience was so bad. After trying to a shoes it looks like rough quality shoes. And Now when I was return my product they cancelled my request and prepare a loss for me.
These things done by the fraud companies and the dizzykart doing this is not considerable. I thought once a day come when every consumer knows about dizzykart behaviour on customer side. I am the middle class boy and I am very disappointed by the company. And Company is Responsible for my losses.
