Actually pretty nervous since I'm a total beginner, but this drone is so easy to fly! The tutorials really helped me out and the obstacle avoidance is a lifesaver for someone like me who's scared of crashing.
Ordered and paid. Suppose to ship UPS 2-day. 5 days later and nothing shipped. Tracking shows label made but never actually shipped. Contacted support on their site. Seems to be AI and not of any help. Be careful ordering. I have to call my credit card now and start the charge back process.

I Received exactly what I ordered and it arrived in 3 days, UPS 2nd day air! WooHoo!!! Christmas Day was in between those days.
Price was Great and contact response in just a few hours. The Neo 2 fly more combo came packaged well with an external heavy box. The item was in a sealed DJI box and was so Much fun to open. Everything looks Pristine! Great Job djistore-us.com Thank You!

4 days before Christmas and still trying to finish our shopping list. Website said they could deliver by 9pm on Christmas Eve -and after much nail biting it arrived shortly after noon! Kudos to all involved! Looking forward to evaluating the product after the Holiday!

I was hesitant to get into drones but the DJI Mini 5 Pro is unbelievably userfriendly The automatic takeofflanding and returntohome features made me feel safe Ordered from Djistoreus and it was a seamless experience
very easy to look at a new product, understand what is new and what features carry over from older ( great ) products. Easy checkout. So far good email communications of order status. ( Not delivered yet ).
