We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. Excellent service, very helpful and professional staff. First class repair to my car.
I was contacted very quickly. The advisors who spoke to me on the phone were all very helpful, polite and professional. I was given all the information I needed and kept informed every step of the way. This helped me to remain calm at a stressful time following my accident.
The drivers who transported my car to be repaired and then brought it back were marvellous. Friendly and very helpful.
The repair was done extremely quickly and to an excellent standard. My car was valeted inside and out, it was like a new car when it was brought back.
I cannot fault the service from beginning to end. I felt so happy with the service that I sent an email to DLG praising the staff, the repair and for giving an excellent service.

Communication was good with me
Communication was good with me, but not between insurance company, garage and hire car company.
The car looks great though and overall none of this was a real issue.

From start to finish I can't thank D.L.G AUTO services enough, from picking my car up that had been in a wreck to keeping me informed throughout the process to bringing my car back like brand new, they even put a tenners worth of petrol in as it was low, many thanks to you all at DLG.

Superb service from start to finish. Kept informed of progress at all times. Both drivers who picked up and dropped off car were on time and friendly. Can’t believe how quickly the repair was done. Great to receive such good customer service for a change. Well done!

Multiple visits and time wasted.
My car went off for repair and was fairly quickly returned sadly bits were missing and the job wasn't finished, some parts were still broken, 2 weeks later an engineer came out and couldn't repair it in the carpark. Another 2 weeks later they took the car away and gave me a non like for like replacement as apparently they don't have to honour that if they mess up the repair. I finally got my car back and its ok and I cant be bothered to complain any more but its not great.

Great admin staff
Great admin staff. Kept up to date with progress. Friendly staff collected the car. Really pleased with the repair work. The real bonus was the valeting. Neighbours thought I had a new car.

Car returned with interior damage
Car returned with interior damage. Told wesr and tear. This is the second time ive had issues with this company. I expect the vehicle to be returned in the condition it was given. Unacceptable.

Couldn't have been better
The service I received was impeccable. I was kept informed at every stage from vehicle collection progress on repair and return of my car. The car had been valeted and looks as good as new. Thanks to all involved.

Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. DLG repaired my car after an accident. Their communications were absolutely first rate. My car was collected from, and delivered back to, my home address and everyone I saw (or spoke to on the phone) were fantastic. Really good communications all the way through. I was delighted with the service provided and was so grateful for the speedy repair to my car. It even came back washed and valeted. What superstars!
