DLG Auto Services - Middlewich Avis 

Very professional all through and fully informed, great results.

Unfortunately I have had to rely on DLG Middlewich in the last couple of weeks, for repairs to my car, following accident. The service from DLG was excellent, from my 1st contact with them, to the return of my fully repaired and valeted car . All staff individually were polite, helpful
and very pleasant at all stages. I was kept up to date as repairs progressed. My car was returned asap, but only after intense final QC checks. I am extremely grateful to all at DLG for their superb work and professionalism and kind approach in their contacts with myself. Thank you very much for everyone at DLG Middlewich.

Good phone service and kept up-dated throughout. Unfortunately after a few miles of driving when the car was returned the near side rear bumber(which had been replaced by them under insurance) became partially detached in the top corner. Further investigation by myself found a broken mounting bracket had not been replaced during the repair(available on line for about £15)

DLG Middlewich seemed to be organised and efficient at first. The issue came once I had the car back. There was an error on the tyre pressure sensor that wasn't there before they had the car, and came on within seconds of me driving it. It turns out they had put the worng tyre on the car, causing the error message. They did fix the issue with no fuss, but I was surprised that it hadn't been spotted and fixed before the car was returned to me, given they should have road-tested it.

After someone backing up into my car while stationary 'it happens!'
Within no time is was dealt with via my insurance & repaired pefectly!

I even got left a lovely note as they repaired another scratched area from who knows what other vehicle i.e some people can't drive in car parks! 🤦🏼‍♀️

They made it look new again & i will certainly be using them for anything else! 🥳 'hopefully not car park incidents' 🙄😬

Excellent service from start to finish, my car was collected and delivered back to me, very friendly helpful and polite staff kept me informed every step of the way, and the work was finished earlier than expected

A woman ran into the back of my car and within an hour Direct line insurance (who DLG motors are a part of) phoned me up and said DLG would collect my car. A few days later they did.

I was kept informed of progress throughout.

Car was returned in immaculate condition (it had been valeted inside and out) and returned in better condition then it went in!!

I can thoroughly recommend DLG autos Middlewich.

Car was delivered on time and served us well during the time our car was away.

Very good service from start to finish. Highly professional and very organised. A perfect job was done on the repairs to my vehicle after a crash.

After waiting three months, i was told that my repair was complete, the hire car my insurance company provided me with was collected and a few days later DLG contacted me to arrange the return of my vehicle,
On return of my car before allowing them to drop it off i checked the underneath of my car only to find that they had refitted damaged parts to my car, they also failed to fit other parts which should have been on the car.
I refused to accept the vehicle and sent it back.
I was contacted to say that the damaged parts were on back order and that they would return my car to me and once available they would collect and fit them to my vehicle.
I said they could, but i was not prepared to pay my excess until the repair had been completed in full, they refused, so i told them to contact me when the repairs were completed.
Guess what I’m still waiting, and I’ve not been provided with a courtesy car!!!!
March 2026 update……
Nearly four months now and i still haven’t had my car back, DLG still haven’t even bothered to contact me with an update on when i can expect my car to be repaired.
Good luck to anyone else that is expecting a repair from this company, absolute joke.
If you do have a repair done by this company please check that any repairs are done correctly as they may refit damaged parts to your car as they attempted to do with me!!!!!

This company delivers a world-class service. My car was taken away for repairs to the front of the vehicle & from day 1 each member of staff that spoke to me was courteous, helpful & gave customer service that was second to none. I was continually kept informed of progress, the repair carried out was excellent & my car was returned to me in showroom condition inside & out. Throughout the whole experience I felt totally looked after.

The car was repaired very quickly to the highest standards, and amazing communication kept me informed through the whole process. The car was returned cleaner than when it went in!
