Austyn Okafor/DMBC Funnel System
I am writing to formally document a serious complaint regarding services contracted with Mr. Austyn Okafor, owner of DMBC Group (dmbcaccelerator.com).
On September 22, 2025, I entered into an agreement with DMBC Group based on the explicit promise, as advertised on their website, to "Guarantee You 20 New High-Ticket Clients Per Month Through Our Custom-Built DMBC Funnel System, Or I'll REFUND You in Full AND Send You 5K As An Apology." The terms included a $5,000 initial payment followed by three consecutive monthly payments of $5,000 each. In return, DMBC Group was to deliver 20 qualified high-ticket clients per month and provide a sales closer with a minimum 20% closing ratio.
The service failed to meet these guaranteed outcomes. Over two months, only seven appointments were scheduled on my behalf, all of which resulted in no-shows, yielding zero clients. This performance falls profoundly short of the contracted commitment.
Following my expressed dissatisfaction, a meeting was held with Mr. Okafor on November 28, 2025. During this discussion, he acknowledged the failure to perform and verbally agreed to provide a full refund of all monies paid, with the refund to be issued within 14 days.
To date, this refund has not been issued. Furthermore, attempts to communicate have been obstructed, as Mr. Okafor has blocked my contact number. This represents a clear breach of our agreement and his subsequent remediation promise.
Given the failure to deliver the guaranteed results and the subsequent refusal to honor the refund agreement, I am compelled to pursue all available avenues for redress. As a final step before initiating a formal charge-back through my financial institution, I am documenting this matter in writing.
This letter serves as a formal record of the non-performance, broken refund agreement, and cessation of communication. I expect the full refund, as agreed upon, to be processed immediately.
