SCAMMERS. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
They lock you into a price, then deliberately come back later with made-up excuses to slash the offer even though the deal is still wildly profitable for them. This is not negotiation — it’s bait-and-switch. They will squeeze every last dollar out of you with zero integrity. Absolute predatory behavior. Run.

What you’ve outlined is not how our company operates. We do not “lock” anyone into a price, nor do we bait-and-switch sellers. Any adjustments to an offer—if they occur—are always tied to new, verifiable information (property condition, title issues, or market data) and are communicated transparently.

These people are you're typical flipper/scammers. They will lie and blow a bunch of smoke, buts all BS! The idiot known as AC wasted an hour of my time trying to get me to sign an extremely low ball offer. Do not waste your time, the will try to temp you with cash so they can basically steal it from you. When they call tell them to take you off their call list.

To be clear, no one is ever forced or pressured to sign a contract with our company. Our role is simply to evaluate a property and present an offer based on our underwriting criteria, current market conditions, and the property’s condition at the time of review.
Our acquisition manager made a genuine effort to present the best offer that could be supported by our underwriters. When expectations don’t align, we fully respect a seller’s decision to decline and move in a different direction.
We aim to be transparent and respectful of everyone’s time, regardless of whether a transaction moves forward. We wish you the best with your sale.

My experience was excellent
My experience was excellent. It really was a hassle free way to sell my home. I dealt with Riley who I would highly recommend. The communication was great. The house sold in like seven days we closed within 30 days, all in all I give this company a five star rating and Riley went over and above for me. They helped me out in a very big way and kept me from losing my home so all I have to say is that I HIGHLY recommend this company!
