I did an at home paternity test sent it out on Monday tracked my package to their facility and it was delivered on Friday. I understand Saturdays and Sundays is a weekend so they might be close Monday... Voir plus

Extremely stressful and poorly managed process for immigration testing
My experience with DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC) during an IRCC mandated DNA test was one of the most frustrating and stressful service experiences I have ever had.
From the outset, the process was plagued by repeated administrative errors and a lack of coordination between teams. After making payment, I was sent to a collection site that had not even received the required paperwork. I had to reschedule and attend multiple appointments, only to later be told that required items such as passport photos and forms had not been collected or completed properly. These are issues that should have been handled by their own process.
Over the course of several weeks, I was repeatedly asked to provide documents that had either already been submitted or should have been requested upfront. These included release forms, ID copies, and confirmations from international collection sites. Each time I followed up, new issues surfaced, suggesting a lack of internal communication and quality control.
Communication was inconsistent and at times unprofessional. In one instance, a representative became argumentative and ended the call abruptly instead of addressing a legitimate concern.
This process was tied to an immigration application involving my child, making the delays and uncertainty even more distressing. For a service that directly impacts critical legal timelines, this level of inefficiency is unacceptable.
Although the results were eventually completed and sent, it took far longer than necessary and required constant follow up on my part at every stage.
I would strongly caution anyone using DDC for immigration related testing to be prepared for potential delays and to follow up persistently. Significant improvements are needed in documentation handling, communication, and overall process management.

Es bedurfte zweier Nachfragen, bis das Set endlich da war.Habe den Test am 06.03.26 am Nachmittag in die Post gegeben. Lt. DHL-Nachverfolgen wurde der Brief am 11.03.26 in England zugestellt. Gleichzeitig erreichte mich am 11.03.26 ein Brief von DDC, abgestempelt am 06.03.26!! in England, mit einem fertigen Testergebnis. Jetzt frage ich mich sehr interessiert, wie das wohl sein kann!!!

Absolute incompetency and lack of liability. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! After years of turmoil and testing in multiple labs for prenatal paternity, this company is an absolute garbage! Not only they have given incorrect results, they still continue doing so, ruining people's lives. We were even thinking to do a legal test with them, can you imagine relying on a false legal result? All news is about the false results they give. Check NBC News, they are so "good" at hitting national news headlines.
An accredited lab??? Where is AABB accreditation looking? Clearly their accreditation is a fake corporate mask that fools people. So many lies that people build their lives on!!!
A failure of American standards
I have successfully navigated international policies in Ukraine and Albania, worked directly with embassies, and managed the bureaucratic complexities of developing nations. It is a staggering irony that the greatest obstacle I faced was not foreign corruption or international law, but the sheer incompetence and unprofessionalism of DNA Diagnostic Center (DDC).
Major Concerns:
• Logistical Negligence: DDC waited two weeks to ship my kit to Albania. To save on costs, they utilized the lowest shipping tier, effectively stranding me for an additional two weeks.
• Operational Failure: Because they failed to collect my DNA sample correctly—the core function of their business—I was forced to fly from Albania to the U.S. and back just to redo their work.
• Contemptuous Customer Service: Since I lacked cell service in Albania, I relied on email. The correspondence I received was riddled with poor grammar and blatant hostility. After becoming "tired" of my inquiries, a representative told me to "call the help line like everyone else," ignoring the reality of my international situation.
Summary:
It is embarrassing that an American company provided less reliability and professional courtesy than the organizations I dealt with in high-pressure, developing regions. DDC is a logistical nightmare that lacks the basic communication skills required for international service. Avoid them at all costs.

They take 45 seconds to take your money. Then you will be on hold for over 45 minutes to try and schedule an actual appointment. You will have to call several times as well and be on hold for over 45 min each time as they don’t know how to actually schedule an appointment.

This place is horrible and don’t waste your money. I took the test 4 time. The last test got delayed four times. I just want my money back.
Time management and terrible customer service
They had told me I would get my results in 1 to 2 days and then the time that came they said oh it will be here on a later date and now week and half has came and gone and still no results paid almost 500 out of pocket for them to piss around with the results. Honestly dont go to this place its the worst customer service I called and it took almost 2 hours just to talk to someone
FRUSTRATING
FRUSTRATING! I needed help after paying for my kit. The woman was so attentive until I gave her my credit card, and then every time I had a question she was unavailable and my emails were returned with a bot reply. Because I don’t trust her, I’m not sure I trust my results.

If I could rate this at 0 stars I would. I would HIGHLY NOT recommend using this agency. I paid over $1,600 for a process that was supposed to take two weeks, with results promised by September 4th. It has now been over four weeks, and despite being told multiple times that I would receive my results (most recently by September 12th at 8:00 p.m.), I still have nothing.
Every representative I spoke with gave me a different answer, emails they promised never came, and each phone call left me on hold for 15–20 minutes MINIMUM just to get one vague response. The office hours make it nearly impossible to reach anyone, and the communication is completely unprofessional.
This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The company’s lack of accountability and broken promises have caused unnecessary stress for me as a pregnant woman, the potential father, and my unborn child. Their website claims this is a “quick and stress-free process” but my experience has been the exact opposite.
I will never use this company again, will not recommend them to anyone, and will share my story widely so others don’t go through what I have.
So if you happen to find this review before starting your process with them I recommend not using this agency!

Nach zwei Tagen war das Set da. Den Rückschein habe ich per Tel angefordert und ihn per E-Mail erhalten. Ausgedruckt und Zack Paket wieder weg. Nach 8 Tagen hatte ich mein Ergebnis. Was auch noch super ist.

We couldn’t move forward with the dna testing because there wasn’t enough specimens from the ME office in New York and he got in his feelings . He refused to reimbursed me and is now ducking my calls . This person isn’t honest . And it isn’t his first time doing something like this . I’m filing a law suit and advise any new client to stay away !!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
Ordered the Home paternity test on Amazon and it took way longer than promised to get results. I could track the package and see the lab received it, so shipping wasn't the hold up. When I calling in many, many times, I could never talk to a person after waiting over 30 minutes. I would say it is a scam, but I did end up receiving my results, but who knows if the results are even correct with the shady service.

Horrific experience
Horrific experience. It has been more than a month and I still haven’t received my results that were supposed to be received in 3 days. I call daily, multiple times a day and every time it’s a different lie and different excuse. I became outraged when they began recycling the lies and even after having a new blood draw and nothing. For $1600 on a pre paternity test allegedly turning in results in 3 days after 7 weeks of pregnancy they are an utter scam. These people ruin lives and have absolutely no care for mental health or well being of the lives they ruin. Debra Davis and her full laboratory along with customer service should be fired.
Pre-birth DNA test
I had trouble scheduling and had multiple phone calls with the company. I was promised my results in 7 days and nothing. When I questioned the company they tried to say the lab changed the day for the results. Excuse used was the lab needed more time. So you promise a service with a due date and can’t deliver? They couldn’t give a reason as to why they needed more time. Never received an update until I called the company. I gave them the full amount due. The test was not cheap and was close to 1,500. I have spent endless times calling them between scheduling issues and wanting my results. You are stuck on hold typically 30 minutes or more with every phone call. I finally snapped and was told a manager would call me back. This whole thing has been a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. The whole reason to getting a dna test done is because you have concerns. The waiting game is extremely stressful. The fact that the company can’t deliver them in a timely matter is beyond stressful. I just want to call my bank and fight the transaction of what they were paid.
