Internetoplichting/Fraude
Ik krijg geen antwoord op mails, ingevuld contactformulier en telefoonnummer is buiten gebruik. Ik ga nu online aangifte bij de politie indienen. Dan krijg ik van hun een Proces verbaal en kan ik dat aan Klarna voorleggen als bewijs dat dit internetoplichting is en dat zij hiermee in de toekomst andere mensen kunnen beschermen tegen deze fraude en hopelijk krijg ik dan ook mijn geld terug via Klarna! Altijd gedacht dat mij zoiets nooit zou overkomen, maar zo zie je maar weer hoe slim deze oplichters zijn! Bedrijf werkt samen/komt voor onder meerdere namen. Ik heb mijn test aangevraagd via vaderschapstest.nu en kom bij DDC UK, dan weer ergens in VS, dan weer in Canada terecht. Ik wilde mij na een uur al beroepen op het herroepingsrecht van mijn aankoop want na wat verder scrollen en lezen voelde het al niet zuiver aan. Nooit ergens enige vorm van reactie op gekregen!

Ik heb een dna test gedaan, en ik ben heel erg te vreden over de eerlijke betrouwbare dna, ze leggen je keurig alles goed uit, lieve medewerkers die begrip tonen over je situatie en horen ook je verhaal aan, ook goed te bereiken, als ze ff niet te bereiken zijn vanwege drukte, en je stuurt ze een e-mail nemen ze ook gelijk contact met je op en bellen ze je snel weer terug. Ik waardeer deze medewerkers enorm veel, ze hebben mij erg goed geholpen. Dank jullie wel, ook voor jullie geduld.
