I can’t rate this company highly enough.
All 3 of my dogs needed new harnesses as we’d been walking loads more than usual and they’d lost a little weight.
I decided to go with perfect fit because I liked the idea of different attachments so that if they lost more weight then it was easier to just buy different attachments rather than whole new harnesses and I wanted something that could adjust with or without coats also. I also like the idea that I can switch up the top part to get different colours.
Having 3 King Charles they are all very different in sizes so it wasn’t a case of one size fit them all.
I managed to get Beaus perfect fit first time
Ruby and Poppy were a little more complicated just due to their body shapes but the company couldn’t be anymore helpful. They immediately sent me out new attachments to play about with combinations to get that perfect fit. I did need further help and Jen was in email helping me with pictures so that I got her perspective on how they should look which actually was different to how I thought that it should look. I was thinking it looked hunched up but I’d attached different parts that shouldn’t have been the combination. They have sent me out 2 additional deliveries to get the correct fit for them and these were all free including shipping.
I love that nothing is too much trouble for them, I love that you don’t have to faff about with returns, replacements and or buying new parts.
Obviously I have additional parts here that isn’t needed but they will be sent back but I was told to take my time with them and make sure I’m absolutely happy with the combinations that I have.
Beau is a puller as he was attacked by another dog so can be a little erratic at times on walks but I’ve noticed he isn’t pulling as much. I used to use jacket type harnesses before so I think having the chest part here has helped with the pulling and it makes it a little easier on my hand so it’s not always straining with him.

I ordered the wrong size harness but this was not an issue. The team sent alternative sizes free of charge to achieve the correct fit. I sent photographs to check that I'd made the correct selection and the feedback was instant. I returned the items that weren't required and received confirmation that they had been received.

I bought a dog harness which didn't quite fit. I contacted the customer support a couple of times. Each time they sent me a new size to adjust my harness until I got the fit just right. Fast response each time from Gemma, Lucy & Natasha in customer support. My harness fits perfectly. Having worked in sales and customer service all my life, I truly appreciate great customer Service. 5 stars.

Our cockapoo injured her neck recently and we needed a harness that did not go on over her head.
Ordered one yesterday morning, with a note explaining why we needed it. Within a few minutes of placing the order we received a phone call to say It would be in the lunchtime post! The harness arrived today!
Great quality harness which fits really well and the customer service is outstanding!
Wholeheartedly recommend the product and the company.

The customer service of this shop is outstanding. I had a query last Thursday after closing hours, by 15:00 on Friday it had been solved and I received the goods today (Tuesday). I would recommend them and their products to everyone.

Brilliant harness, great customer service
Harness is well made, has stood up well to being washed and is y shaped with no shoulder restriction. I’ve always had issues with fitting harnesses to my deep chested but generally slim beagle. Had great fitting advice over the phone and order was sent promptly

Purchased a harness , very fast delivery.
The front part turned out to be the incorrect size so they are sending me a different size , free of charge, to try before I return the other piece.
That is what I call ‘good customer service’

It's not often a company exceeds expectations, the Dog Games Shop managed this by offering outstanding service and a great product. When I found out that an item was the incorrect size, I spoke to them and a repacement arrived in the post the next day FREE OF CHARGE.

I cannot speak highly enough of these lovely people. I have a 10 month old Field Lab who is very hard to fit for a harness. A simple phone call and I received excellent advice, all the available options, and a package of harnesses to try on my dog. All I have to do now is return those I do not wish to keep. Absolutely superb!

Bought a harness for our mini-dachsy and couldn't be happier with fit and quality. Really easy to put on and take off - lovely padding as well. Follow the sizing guide! 2 thumbs up.

Really great harnesses, with lots of sizes to choose from and a great breed guide on the size you get. I have a small English Setter, so getting a harness that fits her has been quite a challenge. This company offers a variety of sizes and each part of the harness can be a different size so it fits her perfectly. I was also really impressed with the fast shipping, quicker than Amazon it seems! Would highly recommend

Fantastic customer service I sent back an item which unfortunately got lost in the post they actually emailed me a few days later to see if I had any news on the item to which I didn’t BUT they kindly sent me a replacement free of charge Can not prise the team highly enough superb

My dog chewed through a portion of her harness as soon as we put it on. I emailed the company and they replied quickly and they offered to replace the damaged portion free of cost.

With an awkward shaped cockapoo it was never going to be easy, but the customer service provided was first rate. After realising the fit of the recommended size wasn’t quite right the CS team proceeded to send out endless alternative bits and pieces which allowed us to trial every combination possible. Eventually landing on the perfect combination for our dog. Fantastic customer service and a lovely team of people to deal with. Will highly recommend.

I recently received a perfect fit harness, but I had selected the wrong size. Was easily sorted and their CS team were really knowledgeable and friendly.
