Bought an item which was bad quality. When asked to return they kept offering a partial refund. I couldn’t use the item so a partial refund wouldn’t work.
When they finally agreed to fully refund me, they said I’d receive it in 5 days. Never received refund nor did I hear from them again. They ignore my emails. Never again!

I didn't even want to give it one star.
Absolutely appalling company. When you order something that just doesn't work you should be able to return it. This company ignores emails and doesn't seem to have an address. It's obviously in China somewhere.

I was told I would have my product within 10 days. It was ordered on the 4th of February. Nobody wants to respond with my concerns, I still have not received my product and I will never ever ever ever ever order a thing from this place again, I might just have to take the bite on this one I think it's a scam.

No instructions given for the showerhead, no refund given yet despite promising this.

The merchant wanted me to accept a goodwill gesture rather than returning it, but I refused this twice because the gestures offered were insulting.

I was then offered a better goodwill gesture, which I accepted, but not received. I have checked my PayPal account for this goodwill gesture - nothing. It's meant to be 75% refund.

If I could give zero stars I would. HONESTLY, PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered the blow up ball for my dog, it arrived with the pin but no pump so item absolutely useless. How I wish I’d looked at feedback before I ordered. My order was placed on 23 October and I’m still not able to use the ball. You only have to look at the reviews, diabolical!!
Be warned, terrible company.

I've been waiting for the booties for our two dogs I have never been notified of when they will be arriving and I've contacted them into no avail they have not gotten back with me. I have notified my bank and I am very disappointed! Please don't order from them!!!!!!!!

Typical Chinese company do not use them!!!! Never had my delivery and when I want to track they said it was delivered. Do not give them squinty eyes unlimited access to your phone they are communist spies

I’m still waiting for my order made from 15th Nov for dog’s nails grinder paid $43. Should’ve gotten from SHEIN or Temu at least I can track it down. I just hope this is not a scam site.

Do not buy they do not have a swivel mechanism as described.
This is a complete misrepresentation and a supplier that can’t be trusted. Stay away.

I ordered a water play mat for my dog which she loved. After a couple of months it developed a slow leak. I emailed the company who responded within 24 hours asking for more information. I provided this and received an immediate reply apologising and confirming a replacement had been dispatched. This arrived within a few days, well packaged and my elderly dog is lying on it and enjoying the coolness and the cushioned support the water provides as I write this. I received better customer service re this small item than I have received from a large well known company for a much more expensive item so am really pleasantly surprised.

As stated below, this website is 100% scam. Ordered $100 worth of toys, 3 weeks later I contacted them as it wasn't yet posted. Received no response. Do not order!!!!!

Would give a zero but not an option. Received the ball with no pin or pump so basically useless. Contacted them upon receipt and they asked for photos which I sent them nothing, I have contacted them numerous times nothing. DO NOT BUY Terrible customer service and I have been left with a useless deflated ball.

Sophier (customer service) just sends a generalized email stating to put in your tracking number (which was never provided) to see tracking status. When you input email address: it states NO ORDER FOUND!

Dogplaybox is an absolute scam! I ordered from their site because the prices looked amazing (big mistake). After paying with PayPal, I waited and waited—nothing ever arrived. No shipping email, no tracking, and every time I tried to contact them, I got no response at all. Then I checked my PayPal receipt and saw the money went to a HAIR dresser in Hong Kong! That’s when I knew I’d been scammed. These people are professional thieves using fake Facebook ads to trick pet lovers. They never ship anything, never reply, and just steal your money. The worst part? I later found out I'm not alone—so many others have been ripped off the same way. I feel so angry and helpless. Please don’t make the same mistake I did—DO NOT TRUST DOGPLAYBOX! Report them everywhere you can. Save your money and warn everyone you know!

BEWARE!! Dog play box is running an ad on Facebook on pet supplies. It is a scam. They take your money. I didn’t realize this. I’ve tried communicating with them.Their number they have for their Customer Service for any issues is a nonworking number supposedly the address they’re using it somewhere in Australia I feel so stupid that I was scammed I’m having a hard time getting my money back. I would hate for anyone else to get ripped off by these scammers? They live off ripping people off and I’m one of them I tried to communicate with them by messenger and Facebook page several times Bye leaving so many comments on their facebook page and they immediately erase it so no one who is purchasing can read what I am posting if they know and immediately erase my comment someone is keeping track on the comments but they don’t have the time to communicate with me since the stole my money and now they have block me from leaving any messages on their Facebook page so be careful with this company their Facebook page is Dogplaybox so beware they are real scammers and you lose your money and don’t get anything in return. SO BEWARE!!! FRAUD!! SCAM!!!
