If I could give this company a zero I would. I wish I had looked them up on this site. Keeping this site for future look ups.

I bought a ducky treat feeder 2 months ago for my 2 little ones and it got delivered to a different town. Really? I emailed them and we went back and forth and finally I told them I wanted my money back.
I then got an email telling me my money was being credited and to give it 7 days. I called today just to check to see if indeed it was being credited but the bank said nothing has come to them from this company. So I guess I've been scammed, too. My bank said give it 30 days and then file a complainted via the bank to try to get my money back. I'm also going to file a complaint with "shop" they shouldn't allow scammers to recieve orders through them.

After one month of waiting and being told various excuses and various locations of where the dog harness is in transit, I’m placing a dispute with my credit card company. I give up ever receiving my order nor given a refund. Don’t waste your time or money on these scammers.

Wrong size keeps being sent

For the dog oils for their paws l was drawn in buy all their advertising.
Lost $160 New Zealand dollars.
I was going to be a regular buyer, but no product and no refund.

SCAM!!!! I never received the products I ordered! My credit card was charged in early January, and here it is the end of February and I still have not gotten my order.

Had no idea I was ordering an item that would be shipped from China. Waited 2 months then had to pay
$7.77 to pick it up because of counterfeit postage. Paid postage twice. The ball is not very sturdy so I don’t expect it to last very long. I should have checked here first.

Not happy, they taken money from my account and still not received anything, ordered 17/2/26, want my money back!!

All crap. Beyond disappointed with the shipping and quality of products. Find what you are looking for elsewhere.

I ordered the interactive ball for my dog. Of course it didn't arive on time, in fact a month later than it was supposed to be delivered. But the kicker was when I looked at the tracking, it said it had been delivered. I tried to get them to refund my money, but good luck with that. Offered me discounts on other products, are you kidding me? I finally got the ball, but I learned my lesson. Never again! Oh and they frequently change the name of their company.

Scammers have done it again! It’s unfortunate that they are allowed to advertise on Facebook and promise you the world! When I got a tracking number I took it to the post office and they told me that the number was not associated with the post office and I had been scammed. Say no more-it’s a nasty, nasty company and not anyone you want to send your money to. Don’t waste your time folks!

This company used a fake account and fraudulent shipping label to ship the item that I ordered through customs. They did thus so they could charge me an additional $8.30 for the shipping after I already paid for shipping. The item also took 24 days to arrive. Needless to say, I opened a dispute with my bank and will be receiving compensation. Do not use this website and tell everybody that ipawsplus.com is a complete scam.

I ordered a dog mist brush.
It arrived in shocking packaging & no charger cable.
I asked for refund but all they ask for is evidence of issue.
I've told them I am not happy & just want refund.
3 times now they have asked for evidence.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Do not order from this company. I wish I would've done more research before ordering. I ordered something on Jan 4. Supposedly, it shipped on Jan 5. I have been tracking daily with no updates since Jan 17. When I checked today, it says delivered in mailbox on Jan 22. The item was never delivered. Since it was less than $20, I will take the loss. I will never order from this company again. It's a scam.

Less than 1 star but that’s not an option! I ordered from them for the interactive ball the payment was taken from my account I had ordered 2 bslls got a bs tracking number saying it was delivered on the 22 of the month, checked with post office the had no confirmation that it was delivered

Never received order tracking show was delivered January 21 to mailbox never received January 21 2026

I ordered a toy for my dog, and per the order number 167583, paid $5.99 shipping. I got what the post office told me was a package with a counterfeit label with postage due $10.50. The label said the sender was Honeas Orxtty. I could tell it was the toy I ordered because the plastic bag it was wrapped in had a photo of it. I refused the package, and the post office said it would send it back to the return address. I have disputed the charge, but it has already paid on my bill, so I will probably lose with my Citicard

My order has still not arrived, they have actually charged me twice, PayPal are useless would not refund the over charges
Not holding my breathe that if the order actually arrives it will be great quality .. don’t waste your money.
