The company engineer was punctual, polite and simply got on with the annual inspection.

No problems there but he kindly drew my attention to a 'soft' stair and even offered to line up a carpenter for me as I am nearly 78 and in poor health. Brilliant!

Great professionalism from office communication to first visit to installation by all concerned. Installed early August with friendliness and efficiency, we needed an alteration in October which was done with equal good will and skill. So Adam buck came first off to do the survey and then Leigh tucker came to install the stairlift today. The service from start to finish has been amazing you can tell from the way both men spoke they enjoyed their jobs and working for their company they were both kind polite and very professional.

The whole experience has been fantastic.

Gary was outstanding!!! -he was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and exceptional at his job. All rubbish was removed and he left everything spotless.

He took time to explain all aspects of the stairlifts function and really put as at ease.

Would 100% recommend both Dolphin and Gary the installer.
