Excellent customer service from Booking team who responded quickly to a to the need to replace leaking gas boiler and had surveyed the site, listened my particular needs that would accommodate a Solar Heating system at a future date, recommended the best available option and arranged interest free ,11 monthly payments for the balance of the outstanding invoice, once the deposit had been made and then had their qualified, ' Gas Certified' Engineer on site at 8.am the following morning to carry out the boiler exchange.
Work was completed and system flushed and tested by mid afternoon, in what could be described as,' a challenging site'.

I was extremely impressed with the patience and support of the Administration Team, (Mr Prem Kumar ), who guided me through every step of the process and followed up with the Gas Safety certificate, The Warranty registration with the Boiler Manufacturer. Highly recommended,

Regrettably, I chose the cheapest quote from boiler quotes and chose domestic and commercial heating to install a new boiler. On the day, their engineer refused to install as it would have taken him 2 days and he was assigned elsewhere the next day.After many calls to their office , the engineer agreed, but the boiler was installed NOT where agreed but where it suited the engineer. Since then I've had leak from the condenser pipe which was not rectified properly and still leaks. I also have rain water coming onto the boiler from the roof where the flue goes out. The water is going in the boiler with all electrics involved.Sent them emails with videos of leak,made many calls but they don't want to know. Spoke to a Mr Prem and a Mr Chandon. Absolute regret dealing with them.I will inform Worcester as the boiler is under guarantee I think you need to know who they are as I honestly believe they are selective in who they give after sales service to.

Very good company Friendly service the two engineer's that came to do the work great guys, did not stop cleaned all the mess helpful would recommend to anyone and best of all there quote was the cheapest on the internet for the work that they carried out, all other quotes that I received no one could beat them I tried loads of people and i mean loads.

Installed a new boiler and removed the old one. Work was done well but we soon realised there was an issue a week later.

Despite the warranty, they never come back to fix an issue. Kept avoiding my calls. Had to call a different company to sort out the fault.

It was a very good service, very satisfied.
