PLEASE READ TO END - IT MIGHT SAVE MONEY
We called these plumbers as we had a faulty shower that we couldn’t turn off. We had already got a replacement shower to be fitted. Plumber fitted new shower but it was pointed out that he had fitted it upside down! I asked him to refit shower the correct way. He didn’t. He left us with no working shower as he said there was a broken gate valve that needed fixing - neither showers in house worked. I phoned that evening to make it known we were not happy with shower fitted upside down but nothing was offered in compensation and despite being told at a later date, they could have sent someone out to refit, they didn’t offer. The following day we had another plumber from a different company come out to put right the schoolboy error of someone who should have been experienced and qualified to know which way up it should have been. This plumber rectified error and diagnosed the problem with showers. It was not what we were told the day before by this company and everything was sorted in less than 40 minutes. We had been charged £297 for this company to get it wrong (they charge by the half hour minimum charge of one hour - be warned) and was told they do not give refunds even though we had to pay a second charge to get it put right.

We had a great experience with this plumber from start to finish. He was friendly, honest, open, and clearly very reliable. The workmanship was excellent, and he made sure everything was left clean and tidy once the job was done.

From the initial call to arrange the visit right through to completion, the support was outstanding. He was upfront about costs and explained exactly what was required to get the job done properly, which we really appreciated.

He was also very respectful of our property throughout. Overall, a professional and trustworthy service that we would highly recommend.

Break down of labour and parts subsequent to the 1st hour were not discussed with bill payer and person who instructed them. This company took the liberty to go ahead and do work without authorisation. They charged 250£ for labour in addition to the 1st hour which was agreed at 124£ rate, the additional wirk and materials costed at 95£ were not discussed. This is not a professional company. They have not conducted this job professionally or ethically. Avoid at all costs.

From start to finish the plumber was understanding and answering questions wasn't a problem

0 stars if I could give them. Had a problem with the pop up sink plug. Couldn’t empty the basin. Had to get it fixed as I had guests coming for Easter. Was told someone would be there the same day. Had a call about 4 saying it would have to be next day. Charged £189 and all the plumber did was look at a few pipes. Sprayed WD 40 or similar. He didn’t change the faulty part Same problem within 4 weeks. They said id have to pay again the same price plus the parts!! I refused and they got quite rude So that would be nearly £320 for the job to fit a new plug you can get from screwfix for a fiver. Unfortunately I had to pay the £189 as my partner had been rushed into hospital that evening This company is a total rip off. Avoid at all costs. I wish I had 🤬🤬🤬. Absolutely no costumer service at all.

Please don't use this company. We ended up spending over 500 pounds to essentially change a waste pipe and plumb a sink in after calling them to fix a leak. The tap (new and in perfect working order) was broken in the process, we woke up to a leak far worse than we started with and a large part of the 3 hours we paid for was spent on the plumber shopping for parts at B&Q - when I was going there myself and could have bought them. He was perfectly pleasant and worked hard but by his own admission not qualified and with the problems we were left with felt very ripped off by this company.
Most disappointingly, the company asked me to complete a review the following day, which I did but they haven't seen fit to reach out and resolve any issues.
There are plenty of really reputable plumbers in the area that I've since discovered so please look elsewhere and save yourself a lot of money.

Found the source of the problem and fixed in under an hour. Excellent job. 5 stars from start to finish!

Replace sink taps in kitchen and bathroom.

Had to pay £150 deposit which I was told would be deducted from my final bill, which was £499.76. It was not deducted. I phoned the company and was told that they had my signature to accept this and there was nothing I could do. Almost £500 is a total rip off for the work carried out!
