Domestic Air Avis 

After seeing the many positive reviews online, we decided to contact Domestic Air, and from the very beginning the service was excellent.
Ryan responded to our enquiry promptly and quickly arranged for Mike, one of their engineers, to visit our home. Mike carried out a thorough assessment, took all the necessary measurements, and answered our initial questions. Shortly afterwards, Ryan got back to us with a range of options, from budget friendly to higher end systems. He also suggested an alternative we hadn’t really considered - a ducted system. Surprisingly, this actually worked out slightly cheaper than having individual units installed in each bedroom, provided you have enough loft space, which fortunately we did.
Ryan was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions about the ducted system and helping us understand the pros and cons. In the end, we decided to go ahead with it. I won’t pretend we didn’t have second thoughts before the installation, but we are now so pleased we chose the ducted system. It looks much neater aesthetically, is incredibly quiet, and makes it so easy to control the temperature in every bedroom.
I also have to commend Mike for his professionalism and his extremely friendly and polite attitude throughout the installation. Mike and Jay were absolutely brilliant. They worked incredibly hard during some of the hottest days of the recent heatwave, spending hours in a boiling hot attic while keeping disruption to an absolute minimum. They did everything they could to keep the house tidy. Naturally, with ceiling cut outs and installation work across four bedrooms, some dust is unavoidable, but Mike always cleaned up thoroughly after the major drilling and each ceiling opening.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Domestic Air. If you have sufficient loft space and are considering air conditioning in multiple rooms, I would honestly recommend looking at a ducted system. We are absolutely delighted that we chose it over individual wall-mounted units. Thank you to Ryan, Mike and Jay for an excellent job and a first-class service from start to finish

Great experience with Domestic Air. We had two AC units fitted and the whole process was super easy from start to finish. It took two days and the installers, Mike and Darren who were very friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get air con fitted.

Josh came to service our 4 indoor and 2 outdoor units. The job was done to a high standard and no mess was left.

Enough of the nuts and bolts though, Josh is a genuinely nice Guy. He has serviced our units before and it is truly like having an old friend over.

We had a fantastic experience with the installation of 5 a/c units recently. Communication was very easy via WhatsApp beforehand and again very easy with the engineers - Mike and Darren who were excellent - during the install. They worked around us and were very respectful and professional. We had the rare combination of both a very high quality of professional service with great customer service - a rare find. Would definitely use again.

Bad company to work for they dont care about the wellbeing off staff members wether your ill or suffering a loss of a family member and try to bully the staff into working no matter what the situation is they do not provide safety boots and underlay skilled workers and dictate when people can use there holidays and use the excuse of violence to dismiss members of staff and have an ex window cleaner to try and guide staff members with no knowledge at all about the job in hand and do not give you the certificates for the qualifications gained and use products that dont work and needs to apply a minimum 3 to 4 coats of treatment and fail to inform staff members of the dangers regarding mould and no 9me in the mould departments as a city and guilds in any trade whatsoever

Domestic Air Solutions were excellent from start to finish. Competitive on price, great with communication at all stages and Matty & Jay were brilliant. They turned up when they said they would (both to quote and to install), were cheerful, polite, thoughtful and neat in their work and left the house clean and tidy.
