Josh attended and is an excellent HVAC service engineer - professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. He clearly explained the process and walked me through best practices and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. I really appreciated his friendly attitude and honesty. Highly recommend Domestic Air for all your HVAC needs!

Hi there, I am unsure if this is for us? I have nothing in the diary of any previous job done with your details. If I am mistaken and you were a customer of ours then please can you get in touch with me with exactly what has gone on.. all of our engineers are F-Gas registered, this is a strict legal requirement in the UK for anyone installing, servicing, maintaining, or decommissioning air conditioning systems so I am very concerned if you were doing the engineers job.

Needed this for the bedroom and these hot summers. Would recommend this firm. Set pricing and they know what there doing. Did a great neat job and the comms is great. Ryan always got back straight away with any questions I put forward.

This is the second time I have used…
This is the second time I have used this company to fit an air-conditioning unit. Fantastic service and I have never had a company that do such a good cleanup operation after the job is finished. Great communication responding quickly. A fantastic unit supplied and it’s great that I can use the app to control it from wherever I am. I would highly recommend this company. Currently using it with warm air but will most certainly get some use out of it in the summer when we have it on cool.

Yearly Service
Had my yearly service for a 2-indoor unit system installed by Domestic Air. Booking the slot was super easy via WhatsApp and I was kept updated and also received a notification the day before. On the day, Josh was great, explained everything and gave an overview afterwards.
