Beware of the Domino's outlet in Maruti…
Beware of the Domino's outlet in Maruti Kunj, Gurugram. Two different people called me for OTP before the delivery. When I asked why they needed OTP before the delivery, instead of explaining anything, they just got angry and started talking to me rudely. The order was prepaid, and I feel like they were trying to scam me. Domino's gave no solution, even when I complained online. And on the app, it straight up refused to help.
Horrible customer service; there is no way to get help on the app.
Have been a longtime Domino's fan, but just one outlet has soured me on the whole brand.

0 stars -Coke instead of SPRITE
Worst pizza I had in decades & does not expect from DOMINOs....gving feedback again. Least or NO cheese, invisible. No Mozarella et all, okay I can accomodate with it but it seemed only vegs were planted over pizza sauce.
This may be last time am ordering anywhere with DOMINOS..ha!

Order mark delivered by the delivery partner but the order still not delivered. Delivered partner was drunked and the store manager confirms for the refund but the refund not initiated and they are calling from their personal number as well and tell us contact them personaly

Fraud and big liars
HI,
It has been more than 2 hours that I have been waiting for my damn order but nothing has been received. I tried to get in touch via app and chat and all the platforms to talk of you guys but no response. Finally i found a contact number of delivery guys and he said that he is on the way but nothing was received after one hour. Itried to get in touch with the same driver but he kept disconnected from the calls.
Now my family and I are sitting hungry because we were counting on you and you guys did not send my damn order. This is really ridiculous paying for the food and not receiving it and it did not happen the first time with me, last time the thing happened but that time I ignored but this time NOOOOOOO.
This was the last order by me.
Thank you guys for this service and behaviour.
